Another amazing training session
 
Really excellent Sunday for me today woke up and hit 30mins of fasted cardio on the bike at gym,went home ate big and got ready for a rack pull session and to my surprise I was pretty strong for not doing any rack pulls for at least 6 months

I haven't taken an ai for months my bro lol don't aromatise like I used to anymore,my brother is the same running 750mg test e,400deca no problems either.....the one thing that really fucks with my estro is dbol lol it does nothing for me anyways I can't even get water retention off it running 60mg daily🙄

Bro that was the 14th of march wagyu tomahawk steaks,really nice and some of the biggest steaks iv ever had, it had good weight to it🤤

I think equipoise is an amazing steroid as well. One of my favorites and very flexible.

That meat with the bone sticking out, looks really good.
 
I'm sort of lazy when it comes to hand food.
But I will admit some nice wings and some steak looks really scrumptious.
