Today is the last day of this official log before I go on holiday in a couple of days.
I would like to thank the Evo fam and especially
@ODINLABS for the great PED's (Sust + Mast + Tbol in the first half) and advice.
I am happy with this 12 week cycle results, I think I have trimmed down and also put on some muscle (and as always being a tall
guy with long limbs it takes a while to actually look big)
Running this log has been fun and some take-aways I have are
- Doing the rower warm up 1000-1500m is a great way to start and get some cardio in - It has dropped my body fat
- Fasted morning workouts are really good - great way to start the day and burn calories in a relatively fasted state - also contributed to BF loss
- Evo fam has some great advices!
- Put more pictures of my food up on my next log and track calories better!
- Shave the chest a bit more for next pictures - my wife likes a bit of hair on her man - so I just trimmed it really
- Changing gyms mid log didn't really matter - in fact it made it more interesting
Attached below are a picture of me today and a picture from about 3-4months ago.
Goals for next cycle - after a bit of TRTand getting some bloods to ensure everything is in check
*Winter bulk - test and deca (but not too high on the test so I can let deca do the work and hopefully have a bit of a dry bulk)
Then that will leave time for a nice cut coming into summer - where I hope to get a bit more visible abs
