0425 - 25 min sauna + 1 litre celery juice
0540 - morning smoothie
0630 - black coffee, lions Mane + chaga
0845 - sun dried pineapple
1000 - eye fillet, steamed potatoes + vegetables.
1130 - 600ml water
1245 - eye fillet, rice + vegetables.
1400 - 600ml water
1500 - 🍊, 🥭, 🍌 smoothie
1600 - 🍊, 🥭, 🍌 smoothie
1800 - pasta with vegetable sauce
1830 - 40 mins cardio (120 HR)
2000 - magnesium + sleep

No need for psyllium husk. Plenty of fibre in my diet.

1000 - eye fillet, rice, vegetables
1200 - sun dried pineapple
0330 - beef mince, rice, vegetables
0600 - pasta + vegetable sauce
0800 - magnesium + sleep

I disagree. your diet is good, but you can add daily psyllium husk 1 tbps to up your fiber, more fiber is healthy for you. Many data to support it and many clients I've had over the years.

Yes, slow cooked diced beef.

Psyllium hurts my stomach so I wont be using it. Another thing im sensitive too.

In an earlier post I showed nutritional information. Here it is again.
My bad I missed it, I see now its all vegetarian sources. Try getting milk sources too. I think you had some egg issue.

Psyllium hurts my stomach so I wont be using it. Another thing im sensitive too.

0440 - sauna 15 minutes + 1 litre celery juice.
0630 - morning smoothie.
0730 - chaga, lions Mane + raw honey tea. Protein bar.
1030 - eye fillet, steamed potatoes + veg.
1145 - smoothie
1400 - eye fillet, basmati rice + veg.
1630 - Pasta( wild sardines, diced tomatoes & chilli)
1740 - incline walk 1 hour. 120 avg hr
1930 - magnesium + sleep.
