Hip thrust machine 4 pps 10 reps 3pps 10 reps 3pps 8 reps 2pps+10 10 reps.
Lying hamstring curl 60 , 12reps 46 12reps 46 10reps drop set to fail
Standing calve raises 115 12reps 115 10reps 95 12 reps 95 10 reps
And that was it all felt good went home for a feed and relaxed with the family. Tomorrow is my last session of the week which is upper day, I’m gunna throw in a high day lots of carbs because I’m in the mood for an intense heavy session. I want pbs last session of the week needs to be a good one
