All higher volume today 3 sets per exercise. Tomorrow is pin day another half a ml of r&ds smooth test e and mast e. It’s also leg day and I’m pumped. Food has been on point solid 4 solid meals and snacks in between just over 4K calories at the moment. Feeling great
@cooper.ALP , you should put the anavar in now, already week 2, kickstarting with it is a better idea imoHey fellas 2nd week of test e 250 and mast e 200. Haven’t put anavar in yet and calories still sitting between 4.2-4.3 k. Have been hitting some good pbs leg press is progressing nice 8 plates per side for 10 reps. Weight is up to 115kg fasted, i was meant to train today but has a massive night shift last night at work and didn’t sleep well so im going to postpone the upper session tomorrow after I’ve hopefully had a good sleep. I’m thinking giving it two more weeks then throwing in anavar 40mg daily, probably all taken pre workout. I’m excited I haven’t ran anavar before. So yeah boys I’ll keep cals at what they are for this next two weeks as I’m progressing nicely I don’t think there’s any need to change, I’m happy with 115 at my current body fat. This could be a good recomp cycle stay tuned..

All higher volume today! 3-4 sets for most and 10 plus reps! Tomorrow is leg day and I’m excited ,time for a pb. Gunna chuck it an extra day for cardio so 3x 20 hiit and 1x20 liss I may up calories later next week depending on what my weight does in the next few days and how training is going ect.
