Finishing up week 4 of training for comp. Today finally starting to feel a bit of power kick in. It was only upper body accessory day and will most likely be last time for the 4th day training. We’re going to a 3 day training week. Start lowering accessory sets soon. I did decide to throw in 5mg Anavar daily hoping this would help me feel a bit more power in my lifts. So that could be what I’m feeling today too or coincidence. Only 4 weeks left So wanted to have all at my disposal vs upping what I’m already pinning. So first time I’ve done Var with mix. Before I ran Var then swapped to npp.
Also Creatine switched to HCL form. Squats tomorrow. Happy Lifting!
