Hi.
The testosterone is not from a reliable source. I live in Finland, and border control is extremely strict unless it’s domestic shipping within Finland. That’s why I’ve made previous purchases the following way: someone buys a large batch that either gets through customs by luck or is smuggled from another country, and I do face-to-face deals via Telegram.

In this case, I still believe it is testosterone for the following reasons:

-Testosterone is the cheapest and easiest anabolic steroid to manufacture and trace.

-The code on the Driada website checked out as legit, and the packaging was also legit. The oil is clear, with no visible impurities. I’ve injected multiple times from this vial and everything has been fine so far.
(Exepct BloodPressure)

-The seller had a steroid-like appearance and arrived in his own car; we talked calmly for a while.I remember him saying that the products have become a bit more expensive because they are difficult to get across the border.

-I feel clear changes in my body. My hair and scalp get oily relatively quickly. My testicles feel the same as they did when I used Sustanon — they shrink.

-In my muscles, I start to feel a slight pressure.

-The effect of coffee is multiplied: one cup genuinely hits hard for the rest of the day.

-My thinking feels slightly altered, and I even feel mildly euphoric

-By nature, I’m the kind of person who tries to please people. When I start feeling the effects of testosterone, that people-pleasing fades quickly.Even though I work in customer service.

I do hear what everyone is trying to tell me, but because I have money in enforcement that is deducted from my salary every month, I have to live on extremely small amounts. I basically have to manage with what I have. If I want to use testosterone, I can’t afford to make financial missteps, even though I work 8–4. I’ll be able to get blood tests done at around the 5–6 week mark.

Thanks for your understanding ✌🏻

Hi everyone.
Hope you’re all doing great, and thanks again to everyone who’s taken the time to comment and give advice — I really appreciate it.

Quick update from my side. I’m going into day 15 on TRT, and I’m genuinely excited for tomorrow morning’s pin.
I’ve most likely found my sweet spot at around 80–90 mg of testosterone per week, and I feel absolutely amazing. Libido is through the roof, mindset is solid, confidence is high, energy and focus are on point, and there’s zero brain fog. It honestly feels like my whole life is finally in order — like I’m the main character.

The craziest part: this week, the President visited my workplace. It was a wild experience, and I handled the situation so well that I actually ended up getting a raise. I don’t necessarily want to share more details.

Tomorrow is also my birthday.
So yeah, just wanted to share this week’s update:
a) Met the President
b) Got a raise
c) ~85 mg of test feels absolutely dialed in
d) I turn 30 tomorrow 🙂
e)Muscles feel a bit fuller, and training has been going well.

Feeling great overall, and my blood pressure has stayed under control as long as I keep my diet in check.

Nice work getting your TRT dialled in mate. It is definitely life changing!

Sounds interesting having the president at your work. Congrats on the raise too!

Happy birthday for tomorrow!

I am really glad you got this dialled in man, it should get even better as you settle into it too

Thank you. I did not meet Trump. I live in Europe.I handled the preparations well and and the company’s CEO noticed my effort.
Ahh ok my bad. Most members here come from countries with Prime Minister's except for the Americans.

Nothing like making a good impression on your countries president and companies CEO at the same time. What a memorable day

Hello everyone. Long time no see. I have a question for you.

I’m going for blood tests on Saturday morning. My last injection was exactly 7 days ago. So the blood test will be done on day 8 without an injection.
I’m currently on week 6–7 since starting TRT. My dose is 80 mg per week.
At the beginning it actually felt like the dose might have been a bit too much, but now it feels like my body has finally adjusted and I’m not going into overdrive anymore.my blood pressure is also fine 👍

What blood tests would be important to take?

You can do a test 8 days out no problem :D @Edustaja555 but where have you been for a month?

Thanks for asking 😂
I hope everyone is doing really well, staying motivated, and keeping healthy :)
At my current job I’ve also started doing some sales, which has made things a lot busier. On top of that, I started handling marketing for one company (social media + Google Ads) with pretty little experience. That’s my side job, and I’m studying it at the same time, so it’s added even more to the schedule.
Basically I’ve been constantly on the move — working, studying, or posting on social media. I’ve thought about posting here, but honestly I don’t really have much to say other than: everything is good and I’m busy 😂
That said, I’m genuinely very grateful for all the support and advice people have given me and taken the time to write. It really means a lot.

That list is insanely long. I already know I won’t be able to afford checking everything on it.
Could you help me and point out the most important ones to test?
At least these:
Total testosterone
Free testosterone
Estrogen (estradiol)
Total cholesterol
LDL (bad cholesterol)
HDL (good cholesterol)
ALAT / ASAT (liver enzymes)

Are these the key ones I should focus on, or would you recommend adding anything else that’s really important?

Hi everyone. here are my bloodwork results from week 6-7 .

I've been pinning 80mg one time a week . The blood test was taken on saturday, so on the eigth day without an injection. I would realy appreciate if someone could tell me if the levels are too low and if the bloodwork looks good otherwise ?

My natural levels(21,7) before starting trt free testosterone was 0.40 😅
SHBG have stayed the same .
Did i shut my natural production for nothing ?

I feel little fuller and stronger and shit.My physique is better. Also my Libido is pritty good. What do you guys think?

But i mean the bloodwork was taken on day 8 without pinning test. You mean the lowest point of the week is too low? So what would be "normal amount of testosterone left" if you would be pinning 80mg a week? I think my peak (48hrs) after pinning i get around 30nmol /L of testosterone ? Am i completely wrong ?
@Coolguy

80mg once weekly isnt ideal, I think you would be having significant peaks and troughs with this dosing schedule, the fact your blood pressure isnt increasing means the dose is fine, but youd have a much smoother blood level with at least eod dosing

So lets say i will start to do subq injections ewry other day with total 100mg a week . Is the point of that to keep my test levels at High level all the time without the peaks and dips. Like in the 1000/1200 range ?

Correct, you should be trying to minimise the variability as best as possible, the smoother your levels the less sides you will experience.

He posted his 'before' bloods here 'verbally' @Coolguy: (see quote)

But only stated it, no paperwork to show.

@Edustaja555 Your Test levels are right where they ought to be at your age with 80mg however 80mg isn't even enough for TRT. You're 30 yrs old so the upper end your body would make per day is about 10mg or 70mg/week. You're taking 80mg and your levels are mid range where they would be if your body was making the maximum for your age which is about what you're taking exogenously so I believe, yes, you shut yourself down 'for nothing'.

Sorry bro, don't shoot the messenger.

Exactly right bro - a lot of the problems that people have whenb using testosterone comes not from the serum concentrations themselves but the peaks and values between administrations. Especially here, your e2 is going to be all over the shop throughout the week. A massive bolus dose brings a huge amount of aromatase activity. EOD is the way son 🤝

Run that for a couple of weeks then test again

You're 30 yrs old so the upper end your body would make per day is about 10mg or 70mg/week. You're taking 80mg and your levels are mid range where they would be if your body was making the maximum for your age which is about what you're taking exogenously so I believe, yes, you shut yourself down 'for nothing'.

Sorry bro, don't shoot the messenger.
All good man . It"s the best thing ever to talk truth like it is 🫡 I think that the 80mg felt way diffrent in the beginning than now. Maybe i also had my own test production for sometime and thats why 80 mg felt more than enough at that point. Also was worried about the bp but now i think i can ip the dose and split it 3 x a week

Yeah . Funny thing is i used to have better physique naturally. I need to up the dose 🤣
I will start posting when i get my shit together .
get your things together and start updating :D

I think i"m going to try ewry other day with subq injections and up the dose to a 100mg a week.

Okey . I will up the dose to 100mg a week ewry other day.I Will try with subq injections.
Where did you come up with this number?

Also was worried about the bp but now i think i can ip the dose and split it 3 x a week
Post BP and take it every day same time. If you're still worried about it with telmasartin on board lets see it.

Your HPTA is already shut down so 100mg may not be enough and with telmasartin you can probably bump it back to 120mg like you did in January.

is there better way to know ?
Yes, ask us at EVO. ChatGPT doesn't know it's dumb and neither does a large percentage of the rest of the world who ChatGPT is taking it's info from.

I understand your readings better than the US readings so nmol/L is what I use as well.

Based on this:
AFTER TRT 80mgs:
TRT 80mgs Total T bloodwork: 17.8
TRT 80mgs TRT Free: 0.31
LH and FSH: Tanked

...and, assuming you don't want to go over 30nmol/L (correct?) then you can increase your TRT dose by at least 50% to get yourself near the 30nmol/L mark.

This means you have a lot of room to increase to 120mgs (50% added to your current dose of 80mg) to stay at or near 30nmol/L (maybe slightly over we'll see). Then we can work on your Free Test and SHBG.

You have the telmisartan now so your BP should stay in check at 120mg this time. Try not to worry too much either because that will raise your BP as well.

One thing I notice, just an observation: you are very detail oriented when it comes to your labs and Test dose which is great. Can we get that kind of detail posted regarding your diet and training including supplements as well? Also, can you start posting pics of your BP that you monitor often? See my log as an example here: https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...transformation-log.108526/page-6#post-2006637

I mean i tryed to figure it out thru Chatgpt by giving all the ingormation i have . How much should i take to reach steady 1000-1200 test . It said little over 100mg a week 🤔 is there better way to know ?
@HarleyGuy
chargpt is a liar and lies so much its horrible and it NEVER injected steroids its an ai bot dont use it! talk to EVO family for help @Edustaja555

Thanks for your answer . Yes i would love to keep my test in 1000-1200 range to have minimum side effects .

Okey i will try 120 mg a week to see how i feel. 3x a week 40mg subq

How and why we want to work on free test and SHBG?
@HarleyGuy

@HarleyGuy
We want your SHBG low so that your Free Test is 'free' to be as high as possible so it's available to bind to the androgen receptors and you're getting the most out of our Total Test. Total Test doesn't mean as much until you know your Free Test which means you ought to know your SHBG as well.

Did my first subq injection today 40mg in a belly fat area. It was really easy and i uswd insulin needles. . Much easyer than intramuscular injection in my opinion.

Plan is to do 40 mg EOD and rotate subq pinning spots .

So im upping my dose from 80mg to 120mg a week .
for sure sub q easier :D @Edustaja555 lets see at 120 how you do

I have switched to EOD sub-q injections at 40 mg per injection EOD about 140 mg per week (I made a math error because I wanted to try 120 mg/week). This might be too much, because my libido disappeared completely. I have also been feeling kind of 'heavy' in a way. I also came down with the flu today.

A) Should I lower the dose to 120 mg/week?

B) Should I inject testosterone at all if I am sick?

lowering dose by 20mgs? not going to do a lot of changes
you should do TRT when sick @Edustaja555

Hey everyone,
I’ve now been sick for exactly 7 days. Yesterday I went to the doctor, and they confirmed I have both COVID and strep throat. My temperature has been consistently between 37.4–37.7°C.
Here’s a picture of my CRP level.
It’s now the fourth day without an injection, because I feel like I shouldn’t put extra strain on my body right now.

Is this the right approach?

Sorry for writing this with AI , but i really wanted you to understand ewrything correctly to give me a better answer👍

I still pin when I'm sick to be fair.
Honestly though I'm unsure on what others do.
I know some that stop pinning entirely.
The issue i see is the drop in hormones also causes stress espically over an extended period of time is that more or less then just pinning true trt amount? I don't know.

Hope you get better soon brother 🙏

what vitamins you taking? Zinc? D? C? Elderberry? Multis? Olive leaf? Tudca?

If your on TRT, keep your test levels stable, its worse to flucuate than stay stable. Your body wants consistency and stability

So dissapointed in my self. Started using nicotine pouches again after 7 months :/
I"m constantly playing table tennis in my head "about nicotine/testosterone should i or should i not" It"s driving my little crazy . I made a poor choice to pick up nicotine pouches again and ewrything else crumbles like a house of cards . I know it"s not good for me specially when im on testosterone. I know im overthinking it like " okey i do this bad habit so whats the point of eating clean when i"m fucking myself up allready with this "

Any advice ?

A pouch is way better then punching a dart bro. Nicotine addiction isnt the end of the world, look at the bright side, it ain't meth!

Hello everyone. I came off the testosterone 15 days ago. I felt that the benefits were lower than the side effects I was experiencing :(

Feeling terrible right now because I think that my body is not making any testosterone. I felt so bad when I was in the restaurant and there was a big dude with a shirt "Old school bodybuilder" and he was drinking beer one after another and eating everything he wants. I understood that it would not be possible for me because my BP would just explode.

Problems that I faced while on testosterone (even small doses)

Randomly high blood
pressure readings even when having cardio and eating a low sodium diet. Had some mental problems hopping on Telmisartan at 30 years old even when my BP reading was high.

Random sleep problems. (This is the biggest one) Just could not sleep. Tried many things. Felt just too wired up all the time and my eyes could not shut. Always calling to my job that I'm sick and could not function properly because of running every day on 1–2 hours of sleep or no sleep at all. Starting to have blue circles under my eyes and having trouble even to do daily tasks or going to the gym.

When the honeymoon phase wore off I just felt kind of normal and not awesome anymore. I was just left with side effects. Week 7–8

I was scared of doing boxing or proper cardio because I started to have random heart palpitations. Like a random beat here and there. I started to be scared of dying combined with sleep deprivation.

Constantly avoiding every food because it has salt in it and I felt I could not enjoy life or do normal things anymore like going to sauna or drinking beer without consequences or causing problems to my heart.

My hair seemed much more thin than before. Might be that I was just imagining it. (Don't know)

Felt that I got sick more easily and more often than I normally would.

Now I"m trying to get my natural testosterone production back . I will start to tske Clomid in few days and hope that helps .

I just came to the conclusion that my quality of life got worse than before while on testosterone :(

this was likely due to improper prep, improper diet training, no proper bloods tbh @Edustaja555

How bad were your natural levels? I think too many people are too quick to force TRT in general. Plenty live alright with relatively low levels.

I also think a lot of people ignore the associated sleep issues or take a million things to counter the poor sleep. I know my sleep in general is about 0.5-1.0 hours worse off per night than before TRT (I still get a solid 6.5 hours of actual sleep time so not too bad though).

You probably should have planned proper PCT instead of just stopping though.

I was trying my best Bro . There is a lot to take in. I was monitoring salt and sodium intake. Checking BP ewry day . Doing 10 thousand steps Ewryday at least and workout EOD with 20 min cardio in it. Took bloodtest before i strated the blood tests during the trt.

I think i could done it much better if
A) Had more knowledge in understanding bloodwork and most important vitamins.
B) Updated my Log more often to get tips from this forum.
C)Had all my important vitamins and supplements ready beforehand.
D) Did not have to go to work because few sleepless night fuck ewrything up really quickly .

You might have to go on TRT for the rest of your life if your testosterone levels are too low. It just depends on your situation.

@Edustaja555 Bros, you hit the nail on the head. That's why it's important to log everything. This way we can make adjustments as you go that will prevent simple mistakes from happening. Sometimes more eyes are better than only two eyes.

Sorry to hear about your rough experience. Sometimes there are other factors in play that can affect how you are able to perform on cycle. Don't give up on steroids. Maybe take a break for a while and then think about using something again in the future but not testosterone.

I just came to the conclusion that my quality of life got worse than before while on testosterone :(
@Edustaja555 Meditation can help with sleep......give it a try......

@dustaja555 I’d say it will be tough but doable. Hopefully it happens quick for you

Hello ewryone . It has been 35 days without testosterone. I"m pritty fuc*ed up still. I started to drink beer a lot and not working out because of lazyness or hungover. I feel really sluggish and ewry task seems really hard to do. I have trouble of finding Clomid and not even motivated to do so. I also use one can a day of nicotine pouches. Eating unregulary and usually bad foods. Is this common thing to feel " flat" and unmotivated? I"m not really like this usually. I"m really considering hopping back on , but scared that i cant handle the side effects and get heart palpitations again. I"m mostly worried about my sleep because i have to go to work monday-friday.

this is typical of guys getting off cycle, its really bad. You need to stop drinking alcohol and get back on TRT before you crash and burn.
The lazy and hungover feeling is low testosterone @Edustaja555
