Nice workFinally back to feeling well after 4 weeks of viral infection bouncing around lungs and nasal and ears. Pretty much gained all the fat that I had lost before this growing phase. Spent last 2 weeks gaining back lost tissue and strength. I'm not going to bother trying to loose the fat again because the log needs to start. Started last week at 240mg test, 60mg Masteron. Will titrate as needed.
Starting weight: 96.5kg, well fed. Photos to come of starting point.
Training: PPL. Will be uploaded hopefully once weekly to show you progression.
Plenty of old injuries to train around and will slowly titrate volume as food comes up.
Nutrition: 3000cals, 220ish protien. Carbs will be the primary focus as food moves up over time.
Cardio: nothing programed as of yet. Just 8k steps a day is always the goal.
Duration will be dependent on how I'm feeling and blood work. I very rarely look at testosterone levels but rather look at health markers but if you want to see my testosterone readings on the dose I'm on happy to do so. I'm a believer in slow and steady. Gaining tissue takes time doing things right for months on end so this won't be some 12 week blast lol. Not 1 client of mine has ever done less than 20 weeks of a growing phase. I may do a deload here and there, again based on feel. No I don't think you need to deload every 4 weeks. I may pull calories during deloads however to wash off some fat.
I had an awful one at the start of my cycle it was hell, immune health is so vital to keep us strong and going in the gym.those sinus infections can really become a problem
waiting on update and some pics @Jimboslice117Update landing this week.
Apologies for lateness. A great business opportunity has come up for me in supply chain of pharma medications we all need like telmisartan, metformin and hcg, hmg for fertility. Lots of time involved in getting it off the ground for customers. Here's the last couple weeks I've made note of.
Update for week beginning 22nd July. Dosage is the same. Calories the same. Increase in strength already across most lifts. Weight has moved up to 100kg but expect this to stop for now as it's most likely associated with the increase from trt to current dose with the water retention. Had a good old moon face there but that's leveled off. Blood pressure rose 15 points across the board but has also pulled back to 125/85. Still feel fatigued from sickness and wake occasionally to sore sinus and throat. Probably 80% back to normal I feel.
Nutrition is pretty typical but 4 meals consisting of chicken, red meats, egg, whey, rice, bread, fruit and vegetables.
Training is good considering how I've been recently. Training for the last week as follows.

@Jimboslice117 nice update you staying really strong on the volumeUpdate week beginning 29th July. Dosage the same. Strength increases over most movements. Still not 100% feeling good though. Food increased by 300 cals. Sleep is great and workouts are great. Weight moved to 101kg. Tissue is being added no doubt about it alongnwith some fat. Not a bug increase in dose from trt but clearly feeling and seeing the effects of Alphas products. Training below

Want to add in a leg press or Lunge but my discs are not allowing it. If I'm in to much pain I wont sleep and there goes recovery for everything else so there's the trade off. Still getting stronger though on the keg work so tissue is being added.
