Hi all, long time lurker first time poster, I’ve recently made a booking with my local GP to get my bloods done before I start my cycle, I’ve never bothered with it before but reading on the forums thought it’d be silly of me not too health wise, I’m chasing advice on wat to specifically ask the doctor to check with my bloods

@Gymgentleman welcome to the EVO family, we are a love and no judgement zone man :)

You are starting a cycle? so bloods are crucial and @s.gentz laid it out well
But you know that starting a LOG is just as important as having bloods, why? well by starting a log you get full EVO family support and guidance on your cycle and life, like having 100s of trainers supporting you
its called a pre cycle log
how to start?
easy
start a new thread with your LOG journal, add diet training cardio sleep and we guide you from there

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Please click the anabolic forum
https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/forums/anabolic-steroids-and-peds.2/
top RIGHT, you see: +POST THREAD
click that

in Title: write your cycle name, like> My _____ Cycle Log
___ = the name of your log
example: My Pre cycle Log
in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle

GP suggests NHS and I suspect they will NOT do the kind of test we'd wanna see

Thanks guys for the help, I’ll make a list of wat Sgentz posted and take to the GP, I’ll have to work on doing a log, I don’t do anything to fancy with wat I eat but I enjoy working out

You'll need a super understanding NHS GP to get the test as SGentz suggested. They have to get the NHS see the value and uncapped etc tests can't be justified. There ARE UK based companies (Dave Crosland's eVal springs to mind) who will do it for a reasonable fee. Private GP's will charge silly money.

sgentz summed it up above
but tell us more about you it's very important to know what your goals are

This is a great opportunity to log this
it will give others a chance to learn from your own experiences

we can help you more if you put up a log
that would be really cool

start your own log today
check out the other ones on here all the guys are doing them and they're able to help
