Yes bro, i love to cook and eat, this is real basic food for me, i don't mind spending hours on a single meal. I've got in habit of logging the cals as I eat. Maybe I'd be better off with food prep but I doubt I would stick with it.

Cheers Woodiee, really having to rely on past photos and tape measurements to see if ive progressed now, just don't notice it much. Take a heap of photos now mate you'll be glad you did.
Yeah it's hard to notice a change in yourself when you look in the mirror on a daily occurrence 😆. A good indicator is when others make comments on your appearance. Photos is definitely a good way of keeping track.

Training very high volume which is what you need. @Freki

The lean factor is high, you're much leaner and tighter than when you started. Abs came in nicely and your keto level is paying off.

Upper, enjoying the workouts and volume, Im thinking the GH is helping me recover quicker. Shoulder is on the mend, reduced the weights by half or more but at least I got to work it out a bit today.

Red Hot 🌶 Peppers for the workout this morning, might of let out a few lyrics in the gym, getting lost in the zone.

Warmup 10min rower 2450m, post WO 30 mins elliptical. 3km dog walk and 9 holes of golf.

Ablation went well, how long it's going to last is the mystery. Every cortisone shot is apparently more degrading so at some point surgery. I tried deadlifts which went well, over the next couple of days I felt more pressure in that area and tingly legs. Here's hoping i get 6 months at least. 🤞
Shoulder was doing dips, and i felt it go, judging by how fast its healing its only minor so couple of weeks and should be sweet. Doubt i will ever be able to lift as heavy as you but I can dream. 😁

Thats good. True cortisone prednisone longterm they say will take a tole. I had cortisone my cervical spine twice for pinched nerves. Consistency is helpful I think you got the part down! Listen to the body and hopefully will last a long time thus round.

I dropped 1mg Arimidex to bring it down fast, and no more test for a week then will start again next Monday at 25mg eod. That's around 87mg a week instead of 150mg

Should I have another dose of arimidex later in the week like .5mg on Friday?

I was just curious moreso. Maybe it being an enzyme deletor rather then a suppressor could have more stable control on your conversion in the likes of e2 rebound? More curiosity then suggestion to see if you had tried both.

I definitely don't want to take AIs on cruise so if that means a much lower dose I'm fine with that.

@Freki That's a really interesting observation about Powderfinger impacting your rowing intensity. Music absolutely makes a difference to output and mood during a workout.

40 hrs fasted, still had small Progressions on every exercise just really felt like a push to get it done.

If there’s anything left lol 🤏, cut is going real well, weight is stable for a couple of weeks then drops hard in a few days. I expect the same next week not much progress then a massive dump the following week
