Warmup 12mins rower 2750m, Post WO 40mins elliptical with 1min surges every 5mins. 10mins Stairmaster lvl8 , 6km dog walk and a 2km family/dog walk. About 2.5hrs cardio all up

@Freki That's a really interesting observation about Powderfinger impacting your rowing intensity. Music absolutely makes a difference to output and mood during a workout.

Upper, enjoying the workouts and volume, Im thinking the GH is helping me recover quicker. Shoulder is on the mend, reduced the weights by half or more but at least I got to work it out a bit today.

Red Hot 🌶 Peppers for the workout this morning, might of let out a few lyrics in the gym, getting lost in the zone.

Warmup 10min rower 2450m, post WO 30 mins elliptical. 3km dog walk and 9 holes of golf.

Just back off next training session if you feel u worked shoulders a bit much, all will be good.

Thanks mate, That was pre stairmaster 👍 but fair bit of walking this last week, photo doesn't do justice to how much definition is showing. End of this cut is getting closer
 
Long slow session this morning
40 hrs fasted, still had small Progressions on every exercise just really felt like a push to get it done.

If there’s anything left lol 🤏, cut is going real well, weight is stable for a couple of weeks then drops hard in a few days. I expect the same next week not much progress then a massive dump the following week
