Stayed with the aussie bands Powderfinger today noticed i didn't row as hard with the softer music.
Warmup 12mins rower 2750m, Post WO 40mins elliptical with 1min surges every 5mins. 10mins Stairmaster lvl8 , 6km dog walk and a 2km family/dog walk. About 2.5hrs cardio all up
