i know but I trust his judgement in looking after my health. I would feel more comfertable listening to the words of someone trained in this field then a few members who know little bits and pieces. This guy looks after a lot of bodybuilders and also prescribes what they need to keep them healthy.

I prefer to keep it confidential. What can my bloods do on a log im doing for training. It’s private stuff I prefer to leave in a professionals hand.

what can they do? they can prove your gear is real, they can show us your levels to see if you're properly handling estrogen levels and so on. @Snayaz

Cause I don’t wanna show my bloods it’s strange? You are someone I don’t need telling me to drop in my bloods. I don’t know you either. I’ve sorted my issue with estro and it’s come back down. If you have a problem then don’t comment on my log and just go bother someone else. Your acting pretty weird about asking someone to constantly show bloods ffs

I dont know if he's real or not, but the way he behaves is very strange.
Why does he have an issue with posting blood work after he posted it the day before?

My guess here is maybe he has chose to not share due to differing opinions causing confusion... He is using the direction of his medical professional and doesn't want to receive conflicting advice from members here on the forum ??

Between 350ml to 400ml drained. Like changing oil to a car 💪

Also headache I think is related to my neck. Very bad mobility with one side (same side as headache.)

My neck hurts the most a day or two after one of my heavy deadlift/back sessions. Those heavy deadlifts combined with heavy bent over rows and shrugs puts a lot of strain in the upper back.

Yeah I drain it myself. Been doing it for years plus I hate bloodbank doing it cause they can’t even put the needle in right without swelling up vein lol.

First time I tried I was like “why the fuck is nothing really coming out” then realised I used wrong guage of needle. Once I used 16’s and baby asprin for a few days then I was good as gold and in 5min i would fill half a bottle.

Goal is size and strength. Plan is to gain as much strength over the next 6 to 8 weeks and once I reach certain level I will drop load by 10% and go with higher weight like 8 to 12 reps but for now I wanna try keep 6 to 8 max

Ciliais and viagra are notorious for headaches like bad ones and fadh flushing/ feeling hot or warm in ears and face, i typically would just stick with low 5mg before trianing sessions.

I was going to log today’s training but I cut it short because I really had no motivation and didn’t even feel like being in the gym. Sleep has been getting a bit shitty too waking up few times in the night.

I decided I’m taking the week off for the body to rest and recover, extra sleep + lowering cals + cardio daily.

Just need to listen to body

I was going to log today’s training but I cut it short because I really had no motivation and didn’t even feel like being in the gym. Sleep has been getting a bit shitty too waking up few times in the night.

I decided I’m taking the week off for the body to rest and recover, extra sleep + lowering cals + cardio daily.

Hopefully by Sunday/Monday I’m ready to go hard

Today I slept 10 hours which was amazing. I feel good and plan on this for another 5 days.

Also it’s week 5
So now I’m running
Test 800mg
Primo 600mg
Eq 600mg
Tren e 200mg
Hgh I upped to 6iu

I might frontload the eq this week and up the test /tren

When I was raising my kids, I went through a lot.
