Hey everyone, glad to be here. I have been dealing with a peroneal tendon injury for about eight months and finally decided to go the peptide route. Based off of a couple of threads that I read, I decided to purchase BPC and TB 500 From peptide Pro.

A couple years back, I ran ipamorelin and sermorelin for a couple of months until I started breaking out in hives randomly every time I injected so I quit taking. So I’m a little concerned about how I will respond to the BPC and TB. What are everyone’s recommendations on how to ease into this. Should I start with a very small dose and then work my way up? And if I tolerate it well how what should my dosing protocol be for both? I also am pretty nervous about injecting into my ankle because there’s not much fat in that area to begin with so any suggestions on how to effectively pin around the peroneal tendon would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all!

@JonClark welcome to the EVO family :D
It's hard to say what you should do as we dont know anything about you. Whats your goal with peptides? what do you want to do?
and if you're uncomfortable with injections, why not use oral or spray from umbrella labs?

Thanks! My goal is to heal my tendon lol. Not super interested in going any deeper down the peptide rabbit hole. I’m fine with injections and have pinned in the stomach in the past. The ankle just seems tricky tho. I did a cycle of bpc orals with not much success so I thought I would try to pin.

@JonClark if you're using peptides, you should know what you're using right and why?
You said injections gave you sides last time, thats why I recommended using oral peptides.

are you on cycle? you on TRT? whats your stats base? share more. This is all just guess work at this point for us.

Thanks for the reply. Just to clear it up, I am not on any cycle right now. I was on TRT for two years and then came off when we had trouble starting a family. I used ipamorelin and sermorelin while on trt mainly for recovery, sleep, and GH support. I was fine on them for a few months, then out of nowhere started getting hives, so I stopped. That’s why I’m a little cautious now. I had no reaction to the oral form of BPC. It just didn’t seem to work for my tendon, but I it did help with my gut.

From what I understand, BPC and TB are totally different from what I took before. They’re not GH secretagogues. They’re just supposed to help with healing, inflammation, and blood flow. I’m 6’2”, 200, around 20 percent body fat, lifting 3 to 4 times a week. Just trying to fix a stubborn peroneal tendon and stay consistent.

I’ve read a ton of threads but dosing’s all over the place. Just looking for some real advice from guys who’ve actually used this stack and seen results.

Not sure what else you would like to know.

@JonClark
peptides are NOT hormones or steroids
they are peptides. big difference
there is no easing into them. you need to frontload and get them in your system quickly then you can lower the dose as you go
i recommend 10-20mgs the first week on tb500 then you can lower the dose as you go
bpc needs to be pinned as close to injury as possible and i would do 250mcg ED to start then you can gradually lower

Thank you. So the Tb can be pinned just in the stomach?

There's conflicting information on the stuff because it's very dependent on you as a person. That's why it's important to put up a log. This way, we can learn a more about you and give you some more accurate numbers. @JonClark

Too bad you didn't come here earliers. Getting off TRT is a disaster for your system, and you can have kids while on TRT easy.
why not start TRT now? @JonClark

BPC and TB most likely wont cause the reaction secretagogues would. But YMMV. TB 500 is systemic. You can inject into the belly. If its a TB4 full sequence (thats what most sellers sell), then it has a short half life. 250mcg twice a day would be good. Some prefer front loading.

BPC 157 for your height and weight, 250mcg twice a day close to the injury area - just after exercising. Techincally speaking even into the belly would work in the long run because some BPC will reach injury area but some say not as much as local injections. Do not inject into the tendon, just into the fat near it.

If you search, there are videos showing how to do it. Also read comments on these videos becuase there will be some corrections in the comments or recommendations against them. I mixed both of them and did in the belly twice a day as I had multiple tendon issues, still half way through. These takes lots of time to heal. You also need to see what might be causing the issue. If its the shoes, then changing the shoes might also help. If its weight, reducing weight also help. If its RSI, then reducing load would help. If the pain tomorrow is more than it was today on BPC, you need to reduce load on tendon and allow healing.

there is no one size fits all dosage
it can vary person to person
i recommend stacking them though that is for sure! @JonClark

The only side effects I’ve seen from bpc157 are anhedonia, resistance to stimulants like caffeine and kratom, and lower back pain. If you get lower back pain soon after taking a peptide you need to stop it. I’m not sure why that happens to some people sometimes. Maybe not a good product, but I’ve also read that there are genetics that don’t agree with bpc157.

Oral bpc never worked for me either. My stomach isn’t great. I gave my last bottle of oral bpc to a gf who hadn’t been able to do pull-ups in years because of a bum shoulder. It totally worked and she’s been able to do pull-ups again for years now.

I am currently taking 250 mcg bpc 2x daily
And was taking 400mcg tb500 2x daily as well but I accidentally ran out. It’s been several weeks, and it seems to be helping quite a bit, and I’m going to keep taking both for a while as my minor injuries love to keep popping back up and I’m wanting to keep lifting heavier.

I also recently started hgh, and I’ll be taking that for the foreseeable future.

If you are into reading and want to understand deeply how your body heals, I recommend the book The Body Electric. One take from that book: your body changes polarity while you are sleeping, and this is when healing and growing happens. This isn’t woo woo, this book is written by a surgeon and scientist, it’s very real. If you aren’t sleeping well you won’t heal well no matter what you take

why not start TRT now? @JonClark
I was under the supervision of a hormone doc and he did not say anything about lowered sperm count or running HCG or anything like that. And when I told him we couldn’t get pregnant his answer was “nonsense! Plenty of my patients get pregnant while on trt.” So I did a semen analysis and was pretty much sterile lol. So I came off. I’m debating running it again in combo with HCG. I get alittle serious because my dad had heart problems and when I’m on it my heart feels weird. Could all just be in my head tho.
