So today was a semi rest day. I did some abs/calves. Then some foam rolled and ball massage and massage gun. Many working on pec tightness.

Ive always used mckenzies rice flour from coles or woolies $1.75 for 375grams of rice flour. Im not sure if thats the same as what your trying to do but its cheap asf and already floured no way am i paying sup store prices for floured rice

Another note. Made 2kg of Rice Flour for making cream of rice. What i do is blend the rice then sift it, And repeat. Making this says a lot, not buying from the supps store for big amount of money. And you can make it taste the way you want.

Tricep Rope Pushdowns. 3 sets x 15 reps x 70kg

Went really well. My next session may add a little more weight to some of the excerises. Able to keep a pump throughout the session. Without being crippling pump, which can be a negative. Only thing that's a bit annoying is it's hay fever season. My eyes are itching and watery. Will be buying hayfever tabs on the way home
