One more heavy bench day ahead, I will load 200kg, from there a deload week that won’t be much more than pump work leading into 1rm attempts the following week.

Nice job on this powerlifting routine. That's okay, sometimes spotters can mess up. I would definitely find a different spotter in the future, someone you're confident in.

Love landmine press hey. Very easy on the shoulders. I like to do it kneeling as opposed to standing (standing doesn't make sense to me since most of the weight is gone at the top).

The landmine press I’ve added in under advice from my Physio to try and optimise correct shoulder function.
Early days for me yet but all other advice I’ve been given has been helpful so I’m sure it will pay off.

The weight on the barbell was very conservative tbh….Ive got a lot more in me but need to be cautious as I haven’t pressed overhead in a while, should see some good progress in the coming weeks.
