17.5 for 3 sets this one was pretty much to failure for all sets.

Curl machine.
Finished off with a curl machine.
10kg a side for 2 sets to failure
5kg to failure.

Intake was slightly above 3300 as I stuck in a chocolate as a pre workout snack.

Workout was good even though it was shorter.

Push day tomorrow.

These will change over the course of the cycle.

That's what the coach has me on.
Metformin does have decades worth of research and testing while glp-1 are still fairly new. I'm sure they would work better 🤣

Here in the states it is a restricted drug and can only be prescribed by a doctor for weight loss and diabetes.

What is Metformin exactly utilised for within a cycle.only ancillary I ever used was telmisarten and aromasin once.

So should keep your hba1c levels down?
Basically increases insulin sensitivity fasted glucose levels and ldl cholesterol readings.
That's my understanding anyway. Maybe @AE1079 could help explain and correct me if I'm wrong. 😁

It felt pretty cooked. It's recovering fine i was even lifting anything just stretching. Then it went tight and I was fucked 🤣

It's come good today barely feel it.
