LIFE UPDATE - LIFE & GYM

Well, that was a hell of a few weeks.

Back from working away, and the universe decided to throw a little cyclone into the mix. If you’ve never experienced what it’s like living in a remote part of Australia when the weather decides to go full chaos mode—imagine being completely cut off. We're located along a national hwy, so one road in and one road out.
https://www.abc.net.au/news/2025-02-15/ex-tropical-cyclone-damages-carlindie-homestead/104941200

🚧 One road washed out.
🌊 The other road flooded.
🍽️ No food deliveries, no mail, no nothing.

For more than a week, we were in full-on survival mode. I wouldn’t say we were down to eating shoe leather, but let’s just say our usual high-protein and fresh produce diet took a bit of a hit. Luckily, we had a decent stash in our emergency kit and plenty of frozen meat and veggies, so we were doing alright—definitely better off than some.

And thanks to COVID, we never gave up our bidet, so toilet paper? Not even a problem.

Good news is with no freight I had no work, the dogs have been out and about in the rain and wind, with most days consisting of jogging for 10 minutes and the walking for 30.

The Dogs, Wife and I survived, and now that things are opening back up again, I’m getting back into routine.

CYCLE UPDATE - LOGGING

Titrating Down – I started reducing dosages after some concerns with blood pressure, paranoia, and anxiety.

No joke, felt seriously off. Out of character. Noticed my BP creeping up, and at times I was way too on edge for no reason. I don’t mess around when it comes to health markers, so I made the call to pull back.

Current Cycle Adjustments:

  • Test Depot Dropped to 160mg per week (from 300mg)
  • Primobolan Dropped to 160mg per week (from 300mg)
  • NPP 1 → REMOVED
  • Tadalafil @ 5mg/day – Keeping this in.
  • Anavar – Not used

BLOOD PRESSURE & HEALTH CHECK

BP Concerns:
Previous Week High BP: 140/80 (hypertensive)
This week’s average BP: 145/85 – Not happy with this.

Even at lower doses, I’m still borderline hypertensive, which tells me my BP medication might need adjusting, increase fluids and getting rid of some blood.

Next Steps:

  • GP appointment booked to discuss statins & BP management.
  • Monitoring BP daily before deciding on any cycle adjustments.
  • More cardio & hydration – Been a little slack here, time to clean that up.
Anyone else had issues with blood pressure creeping up on cycle, even at moderate doses?

Also, for what it's worth @ez2plz has been right here all along helping with solid advice and pushing me in the right direction behind the scenes while I was experiencing a bit of a freak-out about the paranoia and anxiety. Solid effort, and simply I'm thankful for having his ear.

Full disclosure, these products were paid for in full, I'm not sponsored and not interested in freebies, my goal is to improve myself while also offering the community an open honest review of the products I use with bloods. I've got no affiliations with any vendors, no alt accounts.

Quick Update – 24th Feb 2025

✅ Morning Fasted Walk – 30 Minutes
Kept it simple today—just a brisk 30-minute fasted walk. No jog, just steady movement to keep blood flow up and stay on top of recovery & BP management.

Off to do bloods today: A little earlier than planned, but I want the results ready for my GP appointment.

Pin Day today: Waiting until after the draw to pin. Running down my pre-mixed BiopoweRNA Primo & Test at a 1:1 ratio (not volume), aiming for 160mg per week, administered Monday/Thursday.

Food Plan for today

Breakfast: Can of baked beans & coffee
Mid-morning: Yogurt, muesli & fruit
Lunch: Salmon & salad
Afternoon: TBD
Dinner: Bangers & mash

More updates coming soon!

Thanks Lev,

I really like that you're always looking out for me with the food. My reasoning follows:

I don't see my diet as something that will change significantly right now. If anything, I feel that I don't eat enough, but I am seeing body fat dropping and look to be gaining muscle slowly, this is where I feel the best atm.

I have oats and yogurt here, I often mix them with frozen fruit and have them for brecky or as a snack. Yogurt and muslie mix (with oats) is a go to along with mixed nuts for quick hunger relief. I just don't include every meal I have during the week, but I'm eating that muslie.

Baked beans are a great source of fibre and cheap. Eggs are on the menu, but hard boiled and eaten cold usually, none last week as there was no food in the shops.

The bangers and mash is a frozen meal, HERE and are great nutrition and size wise. Again another cheaper option as I buy bulk when on special, I cannot cook a meal for $6 so I consider this a win.

Thanks for being interested, and yeah I got the month wrong on that post, I cannot change it now :(

Quick update - I've had X-rays and have an ultrasound scheduled tomorrow, I think I've screwed my elbow and shoulder.

Shoulder is Bursitis, but this elbow is just not improving.

Will post more info tomorrow and update bloods.

Partial tear, if anyone knows how to read these ive got 27 images but this shows it i think.

I've already started on BPC157 + TB500 mix from @Sydneycitysupplements.

As I've re injured this a few times I'm waiting on a referral now. In the meantime it getting some rest and anti inflation meds once I see the dr.

Squats!

This seems to be an issue with mostly upper body, you been doing legs or cardio? @juddy

Thanks, Lev, I've taken time off most things, dropped back all my PEDs. I'm still eating well and doing passive activities where I can, but I cannot hold 5kg in my hand, so can't even pick up a bar at the moment.

But yeah cardio is fine and is part of my daily activity, usually I get in 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast each day. Physio tomorrow!

Also have a massive install tomorrow morning, so trying to find ways of lifting motors into place using racket straps!
