LIFE UPDATE - LIFE & GYM
Well, that was a hell of a few weeks.Back from working away, and the universe decided to throw a little cyclone into the mix. If you’ve never experienced what it’s like living in a remote part of Australia when the weather decides to go full chaos mode—imagine being completely cut off. We're located along a national hwy, so one road in and one road out.

For more than a week, we were in full-on survival mode. I wouldn’t say we were down to eating shoe leather, but let’s just say our usual high-protein and fresh produce diet took a bit of a hit. Luckily, we had a decent stash in our emergency kit and plenty of frozen meat and veggies, so we were doing alright—definitely better off than some.
And thanks to COVID, we never gave up our bidet, so toilet paper? Not even a problem.
Good news is with no freight I had no work, the dogs have been out and about in the rain and wind, with most days consisting of jogging for 10 minutes and the walking for 30.
The Dogs, Wife and I survived, and now that things are opening back up again, I’m getting back into routine.
CYCLE UPDATE - LOGGING
Titrating Down – I started reducing dosages after some concerns with blood pressure, paranoia, and anxiety. No joke, felt seriously off. Out of character. Noticed my BP creeping up, and at times I was way too on edge for no reason. I don’t mess around when it comes to health markers, so I made the call to pull back.
Current Cycle Adjustments:
- Test Depot → Dropped to 160mg per week (from 300mg)
- Primobolan → Dropped to 160mg per week (from 300mg)
- NPP 1 → REMOVED
- Tadalafil @ 5mg/day – Keeping this in.
- Anavar – Not used
BLOOD PRESSURE & HEALTH CHECK
BP Concerns:Previous Week High BP: 140/80 (hypertensive)
This week’s average BP: 145/85 – Not happy with this.
Even at lower doses, I’m still borderline hypertensive, which tells me my BP medication might need adjusting, increase fluids and getting rid of some blood.
Next Steps:
- GP appointment booked to discuss statins & BP management.
- Monitoring BP daily before deciding on any cycle adjustments.
- More cardio & hydration – Been a little slack here, time to clean that up.
Also, for what it's worth @ez2plz has been right here all along helping with solid advice and pushing me in the right direction behind the scenes while I was experiencing a bit of a freak-out about the paranoia and anxiety. Solid effort, and simply I'm thankful for having his ear.
Full disclosure, these products were paid for in full, I'm not sponsored and not interested in freebies, my goal is to improve myself while also offering the community an open honest review of the products I use with bloods. I've got no affiliations with any vendors, no alt accounts.
