Yeah, had it a few years back on the other arm, going to strap it and stretching feels good.I've had that happen before many times. The worst part is not having any idea what happened. Hopefully it heals soon. Stretch and ice.
Thanks man.

@juddy sorry about the power rack but at least you got a bench broHey Evo Fam,
Bit of an update (and maybe slightly boring) today! I’ve been keeping up with fasted cardio in the mornings, and it’s been such a solid way to kick off the day—feeling great.
I think I’ve injured my pronator teres (waiting on physio confirmation tomorrow), but the good news is I can still train with my EZ bar (since that’s all I’ve got), so I’ve been staying consistent and keeping at it.
The power rack order turned out to be a complete scammy deal. They advertised free shipping, but when I inquired about delivery times, they said it wouldn’t arrive until end of March or later, plus slapped on a $300 freight fee. After that, they tried upselling other products they had in stock. Honestly, it feels like Ritkeep doesn’t even have a proper office in Australia—maybe just a single warehouse—and they’re trying to run some drop-shipping style setup here. It doesn’t work. Communication was terrible, and their emails felt like they were written by someone who had no idea what was going on. Just my experience, though—yours might differ!
On a brighter note, I’ve managed to snag a bench and am still on the hunt for more equipment. Definitely not spending a fortune on the local gym—it’s just not good enough for what I need.
Lastly, I’m feeling a bit heavier but still averaging 88kg over the week. Staying on track! My arms are fuller and un pumped now fill my work shirt sleeves so that is another confidence booster too!
Diet update: it’s been boringly consistent, but it’s working!
- Breakfast: Baked beans, coffee and leftovers if any.
- Lunch: Salmon and salad, and beef jerky for a snack, after lunch.
- Dinner: Prepared frozen meals.
- Added a 4th meal: I’ve cut out dessert and added this because I’ve been waking up hungry. It’s usually Greek yoghurt, fruit, and granola with some honey for taste.
Lastly, I’ve started increasing my NPP from 100mg/week to 175mg/week to help with progress. Staying consistent and only moving things slowly.
Have bloods from last month, will update my spreadsheet soon and will have this months bloods taken tomorrow.

Will sort out bloods soon to post too
Even normal workouts in the am set me upHey Evo Fam,

Thanks, yeah, all done! Got my refund, but it still feels like a big L.I’d definitely dispute the charges.
Yeah, true. Funny enough, I’ve become far too accustomed to it.It is brutal dealing with companies like that.
100%, brother!A lot of times people will be willing to part with their training products for very cheap. They just want to clear room in their house.
Agree. It's very expensive to ship weight training equipment.
I remember I had to pay a fortune to ship some rubber weights to me.
I wish I could say the same.... alas it was just a common over exertion.I think I had a similar injury years ago when I was Cheerleading.
Some girl fell on my arm when I threw up in the air.
