Make sure you're also hitting the other logs. Help the other guys and gals out as well.
 
You can certainly get away with no red meat.

But some people do react good to it. I will admit.
 
This is week 4 of the cycle.
We made the following changes:
In week 2, we increased carbohydrates from 200 g to 250 g because we didn't see any weight gain in the first two weeks.

Additionally, we increased the dosage of the compounds. Initially, I was taking 300 mg of Test E, 300 mg of Primo, and 100 mg of Deca. From week 4 onward, the new dosage is 450 mg of Test E, 450 mg of Primo, and 200 mg of Deca, injected three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. This is the maximum dosage I will be using for this cycle.

Overall, the cycle is going well. I am not feeling a significant difference in strength yet compared to TRT. I'm not sure if the gear takes time to kick in or if the process is just slower. Nevertheless, I am maintaining the same training program and intensity while increasing my caloric intake.
@JBond24 shouldn’t be long and those long ester will be full force.

@JBond24 It's good that you're progressively increasing both calories and dosages, and monitoring your progress. It can take several weeks to fully feel the effects of a cycle, especially when starting from a TRT base.

Everything seems ok, except the Progesterone, which is twice the normal range.

Based on your experience, what would be the reason for elevated Progesterone?
I am on 450 Test e, 450 Primo, 200 Deca + 3iu HGH weekdays.
