Starting today I’ll be coming in lean also thanks I’ll order some body fat calipers also and keep track on how I am trimming down .i would start cutting now. you have a long way to go. guys on stage next to you will be 6% or
you need to cut well below 10% body fat
Thanks I was thinking few more months bulking then cutting down but you are right I need to get lean now .Bros you want to get in the best shape now even if your competition is not till September
@Beast666 this is a good bulker but still low protein, add more shakes and bars to push over the #Diet today.
