High carb day was in full swing
700g of carbs
260g protien
40g fats
Day after this weight was up by 500g
Steps were low @8,000
Lots of cereal, white rice and white sourdough was consumed to achieve the carb intake without blowing my gut out, potassium high. Sodium relatively mid.
This is because I burn at a decent rate and steps negate the purpose of the high carb day
Trained back and biceps
Ill include my training soon once I get a method of presenting it without too much time taken out of the day
Strength was up significantly with Anadrol working its magic drying me out and making me fuller.
I use the same dosages everyday
Nothing changed here
I’m drying out slowly however I feel the Anadrol lining the joints with synovial fluid. Tren is doing its thing inhibiting glucocorticoid receptors and minimising excess mineral retention. The combo is harsh, but ran correctly very effectively, overall look the physique is looking nasty aggressive from my point of view. Just neeed to stay on top of sleep.
Sleep has been a bit all over the shop due to working late nights and generally not sticking to my usual bed time as of late. High energy still due to the mitochondrial stack I’m running so not feeling the effect, but over time this will catch up.
Looking to increase total performance this week more then anything which so has been a success. This will lead to a better look overall.
Body fat will start coming off at around 8 weeks intentionally but for now it should come off relatively slow over the next 4 weeks, maybe 1kg-2kg total depending how relaxed I am and free from stress.
