Anyone having issues with napsgear processing orders. Me a western union payment on the 25th and still says waiting for approval. Sent 3 support tickets and no one has replied. Do I need to pick my money up and go else where. First time this has ever happened

@Kenp12375 I never had issues but its a big company and your order can fall thru cracks right.

@jasonhill800 is their rep here I'll send him a DM and you can too.

Also whats your cycle plan @Kenp12375 ? I'm disappointed you havent discussed your cycle with us yet

Yes I have. Submitted three support tickets. I finally received something late yesterday saying because it was so long to change the name and resubmit the info. I’ll do that today and see what happens. They said the had a huge order volume and they were behind. Hopefully it works right this time and they pick up the money timely and get my order taken care off. Would you still like the info to see if you could help?

I recommend using crypto next time it's much simpler and easy

Just got the reply from the support team, they said, "Case was already resolved with customer. New payment info was already submitted by customer."

They have it…….sent me mail saying it’s in process of being packed up. Jason helped me out. He was great. Thank you for your help as well.

can you start a NEW thread with your cycle LOG please? dont need to wait for gear start now to get diet training up and we guide you as a whole community.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
