Post cycle PCT Calories adjustment needed?

Hi all ive just finished up my 20 week cycle my last pin was exactly 7 days ago and i expect to start PCT (clomid,nolva) in 1-1.5 weeks,
my question today would be should i just adjust my calories from a 500+ deficit to maintenance/slightly above starting today to maintain all my gains or should i adjust the calories when i start pct. thanks!

@aliceinwonderland we literally know nothing about your situation. it would be wildly crazy to even make assumptions. tell us more about you. what are your full stats? goals? what did you run? etc. get a log going as well and log your pct and between cycle journey

I noticed you joined a year ago, why no log so far?

20 week cycle, thats a huge cycle, what did you use? share please @aliceinwonderland

Clomid and nolvadex is not enough for pct, you need fadogia based test booster like hcgenerate to add: https://www.hcgenerate.com

Impossible to say unless we know your current routine, what if you're under eating and we tell you to drop right? not good. we need to see a PCT log from you, did you check our other logs?
 
2k calories 500 under maintenance so tdee is 2500
173cm
75KG
13-15% body fat
4 days weight lifting 30min cardio
3 days 1 hour cardio
2G protein per KG / 1g/lbs
around 50G fats rest into carbs (150-200g)

Cycle was 20 weeks Cut (1800-2k calories)
500 test e
300 mast e
150 tren e

My goals are to maintain my lean muscle i just gained with no to little fat gain
i dont have access to Hcgenerate last time i tried to buy they triple charged me and it was a headache as im based in AUS

I'd use a calorie calculator to eat for the weight I am now

What gains do you think you made eating in a deficit while trying to grow??

i recomped gained lean muscle and dropped 20% bf unless recomping does not count as gains?
Your gonna PCT. That will be your biggest obstacle in keeping what you out on.
Reverse diet back to wherever you want to be. You'll prob have to find your new maintenance.
 
You can't successfully pct until all AAS are cleared which is about 5 half lives.

Depending on a few factors enanthates are usually around 4-5 weeks

Which after that period you begin your pct

@aliceinwonderland bro you sound like you got decent stats. you gonna put up some pics and start up a log? seem like will be a good one to put up and get good results
 
in general would you adjust ur calories when you do ur last pin or when u start pct to maintain ur gains is the bottom line.
@aliceinwonderland Bros. This is a tough question. It depends on your goals. A lot of times when people increase calories at that time, they put on a lot of body fat. Everyone gonna be a little different.

I think a lot of people hold way too much stock in the whole calorie thing. I'd be more concerned with your endocrine system, coming back after being shut down. If your testosterone levels are low for too long that can definitely add to body fat and loss of muscle.
 
really i thought enthanates was about 2 weeks from ur last pin thats good to know
@aliceinwonderland its not out of your system in 2 weeks. more like 5-6 weeks. but it is good to get on pct ahead of that so the products are in your system when the crash does come

@aliceinwonderland well if you increase calories who is to stay you wouldn't put on fat and not muscle right? its all on the table. Keep in mind, when you come off steroids, it's normal to lose some gains, you're not going to keep it all. That would be impossible.

It's 50/50. If it was 100% what you suggest no one would need to eat more to get bigger. Just up their test. And that's pre and on cycle.

So it IS a little about the endocrine/HPTA resetting but also about adjusting cals and training loads (wt and volume) to keep what you added muscle and strength wise. Or else we end up with the 'I lost all my gains off cycle / I gotta stay on year round' BS.

Additionally it's (to the OP) NEVER about keeping all. It's always about keeping as much as possible

@aliceinwonderland this is a good share but we need to see your LOG please so you dont get depressed or have PCT issues down the line.

Can you start a PCT LOG please? 15min of your time start a new thread add what you posted already but we need more details with diet training sleep cardio and we can guide you the whole PCT as a big EVO family, will take like 15min
