Good deadlift day got it done!! I went up my 20lb jump this week to 295 lb deadlifts. Got the 5x5s finished. Did try a set sumo stance deads to see how it feels on hip that was bothering me. It was ok but will stick with conventional since it’s going up comfortably and seems a bit faster. Went up on RDLs from 225 to 255. Those were a bit grueling. Got a bit of the dizzies catching breath after standing back up. Went up on Bentover and shrugs as well. Had a phone conference to get home for so did not get cardio in afterwards today.
