any reason cycle is only 8 weeks? Thats fine but it can be ran 12 weeks

We will see where I am at 8 weeks and go from there, I have a friend who has few extra bottles of Sarms1 he is willing to sell me if I want to take it past the 8 week mark
 
Tuesday Sept 23 Week 1 Day 3
Did cardio today, felt really good ran a little bit longer than I normally do. After I was done I knew it was a great workout.
 
excellent bro... im really glad to see you keeping a log and running one of my recommended stacks... you are going to love this... im here to help in any way i can... you just let me know bro... good luck with the cycle... i expect very nice results... i HIGHLY recommend extending to 12 weeks but you assess yourself when the time comes and go from there... good luck bro

oo i see its that you dont have the extra dollars.I found sarms to be a big more effective in longer cycle but 8 weeks will work! good luck buddy

go past 8wks man. Muscle growth takes time and muscle maturity takes even longer. Keeping on is huge in terms of your gains staying put once everything is said and done.

you would really want another sarm than just S4 too, LGD or osta would helpout a lot.
 
Week 1 Day 4 Wed Sept 24

Lifting I am definitely noticing a pick up in the endurance department, I was able add a couple extra sets here and there
I am on Recomp/Cutting Diet and my energy and mood are both good
 
Week 1 Day 5 Thurs Sept 25

Cardio went so well today it wasn't even funny. I was in the zone mentally and my body just kept pumping!
I get done and I am just covered in sweat felt so great.

I am down -2.7 lbs since last week still feeling full of energy and not like I am starving myself or having massive cravings for sweets
