I think you can drop more bodyfat easy but the next step is a clean recomp bulk I see it for you.

Doing 2 caps each pre WO.
I was good when i started training but everything just felt really heavy and i just couldn't keep my head in it. I need to bring carbs back up to 200g. I've been under 150g all week and that's just too low for me to keep up performance.
I only went for the pizza because the wife wanted it. Was actually cauliflower crust with green olives and mushrooms. Was really good but felt like crap all night after. Couldn't even get my night shake in. Maybe a doughnut pre WO if I train today!!! ;)

@s.gentz thats legit lets try higher carbs but I'd space them preworkout IMO closer to training so you get max benefit of higher carbs.

Protein will stay around the same but carbs need to come up. Feel like crap this last week at 130g.
Might be about that time to either take a diet break for a week or two or just slowly start working toward maintenance until I’m ready to build again.

And you're neither here nor there in the situation, if you go low carbs go under 100, 50-80 ketogenic level or go 200+ more bodybuilder level.
With tren the way you feel, get carbs back in the mix or drop the tren, though last week you almost done.
Yeah but thinking this might be my last week. Gonna see how I feel after the weekend.

@s.gentz to be honest I think the whole problem with your diet is the low fats, if you doing low carbs you gotta go higher fats, because protein metabolism will make you feel bad along with the mental /physical sides of trenbolone, bad combo
just a thought, how about going into more red meat, steak? and increasing fats and leveling carbs to around 200 but most around training time :)

I’m fine with lower fats if I keep carbs over 200 but the last two weeks I changed my food a little and carbs drifted down to 130. That’s where I started having issues.
Rest of this week I’m gonna just eat intuitively and see how I feel next week. Carbs and protein will be around 250 each and fats will stay around 30.
 
That's pretty damn good. If your starting to see muscle loss increase g I would stop the deficit. All that work putting it on sucks watching it go away. I always figure go the path of least resistance. Once that path dries up change it and go the opposite direction.
100% agree. That’s the path I’m heading down. Just gonna eat by feel the rest of the week and add 150 or so cals in next week.
I can lose fat quick but I put it on quick too. I have a very small caloric sweet spot. I’m gonna work back to it and fill the muscles back up.
One more shot of Tren tomorrow and then it’s done.

About 9.5
10lbs loss is amazing all bodyfat I bet and some muscle gains :) @s.gentz
lets get carbs back and protein high but add some avocado or fats, why are you against fats bro? they are good for recovery and libido and overall health, low fats tend to cause long term health issues imo

I’m not against fats at all but I only have so many Cals to work with.
On a side note I did eat 60g today😊

I'm old-fashioned I guess LOL
 
my favorite way to cook potatoes is definitely in the crock pot
tastes really good and it's nice and soft
 
I can't eat potatoes they bother my stomach
for me I'd rather go with other vegetables

maybe change up how you cooking it
I started to cut up my sweet potatoes and thin slices and then I throw them in the air fryer
they taste amazing that way

I've been cutting them into fries and putting them in the oven. Get really crispy. Awesome when reheated. I'll poet some pics when i cook again.
 
you are definitely lean enough
so a change and maybe upping your calories a bit will help
 
maybe add some more fruits to your diet
that might help with digestion and that will increase your carbs
