Journey to Classic Physique
w/ Liquid Gold Labs


This is a first for me, never thought I'd be the type to want to get on stage but things change I have a desire to push myself so here it is.

I'm sure a few of you saw my last log, been quiet since then, doing routine health checks and a cruise while I have a couple things fixed up.

In the mean time I've started with coach @AE1079 and he's been priming me up for a growth phase so I can come in to next year in peak form.

I'll be logging for @Liquid Gold Labs

Will be doing my first shots of lgl tomorrow

Up until this point I haven't really had any formal coaching so I'm excited to crank things up with AE and having some goals gives me another reason to be strict on diet and lifestyle

Currently weighing in at 88.8kg, have already leaned out a bit over the last 2 weeks. ~175cm

Currently
Low carb days @ 3400 cals
High carb days @ 4100 cals

Hitting 250g protein everyday

The big plan is to get ready with an off season, fix up a couple injuries (awaiting carpal tunnel surgeries).

Come into next year bigger and leaner for my first ever body building comp in Classic Physique

Test cyp was beautiful subq, I think ill start doing them all this way since it's only 0.3mls of oil eod

Busy weekend. Pretty tired today but I managed to get in my glute+ham day

This is a fairly new training block so lots of room to go up in weights

Will make things alot easier doing it this way, especially when life gets busy.

Not really any lump, did another shot this morning and can barely feel the injection site. The oil is pretty thin, I think I could easily pin double that amount without any issue

Also fluid volume isn't an issue with 0.3mL, also quite lean so I'd say potentially hitting the surface of muscle depending on where I pin

Incline DB Chest Fly's 2 sets 27.5kgx10
Cable Cross-Over 3 sets 20kgx15
Push Up Wide 3 sets 45,20,15
Tricep Pushdowns 7 set 70kgx12

Feeling great, strength starting to come up again.

Just did first shot of reta @1mg.

Diet is strict, following my meal plan exactly.
 
Whys that? I mean won't it just be more stable levels subq as slower absorption?

Also fluid volume isn't an issue with 0.3mL, also quite lean so I'd say potentially hitting the surface of muscle depending on where I pin
lumps, poor absorption, and other issues bro but you can sub q if dose is super low @willipede

I have low carb days & high carb days, so it's either one of those 2 options.

Exercises are done in that exact order.

Wide grip push ups are amrap for 1 min, x 3 sets, 1 min rest.

I think the question NPC was asking is why you didn't open the training with push ups, that's the perfect way to warm up.

Ahh okay, well I do definitely warm up.

I do the andrew lock big 3, sports roll, 5 mins on rower, some banded warm ups. Then I do about 5 warm up sets working up to my top weight for dumbbells

Each exercise I do is under instruction from AE which I trust his process and that things are there for a reason.

@willipede. I'm on reta too in my log. its good stuff man. i'm up to 1.8mgs per week
