Got 10lb increase decided again we need to do 3 rep sets. No sleeves did some pause reps with 185! As comp have to pause the bar on your chest completely still wait for head judge to give u press command! Feeling ok… So got it done. Getting heavy. Haven’t felt the « I could of done more » yet feeling that I have in the past 2 cycles. Was hoping after I increased back up on full doses it might hit quicker. I will be patient continue the plan. Happy lifting!
