Squats today. Neither of us was really feeling it. I did 10lb increase did 3x3 could prob hit 5 but didn’t want risk an injury so called it a day. Recovery been a bit slow. Likely need to drop 4th training day accessory. Gives extra day a rest! 💪🌸

Haven’t felt the « I could of done more » yet feeling that I have in the past 2 cycles. Was hoping after I increased back up on full doses it might hit quicker. I will be patient continue the plan. Yeah I have been a little disappointed in the ladies lately. Why does all the females go ghost action. I just know there are strong women that can represent! I don’t know why they're all dropping off like flies all the time. Don’t post. Wth ladies!!! Be leaders! 💪💪🌸🤷‍♀️
