Did squats today with Elite FTS safety bar again. Was very happy with it. Got some good reps in. Upped the weight on those by 20lbs did AMR last set for 14! That’s a PR for reps. Felt like cardio! Love the plate loaded leg press machine at this gym! Im not too short for it smooth glide on it! Leg day be a good day for eating plenty. Weight creeping up on like deadlift or leg day Appropriately but really pretty stable. Have a great weekend and happy lifting! 💪🌸

yeah guys like steve and a couple others talked to me and explained the situation where we should be inclusive towards others who aren't like us. and they told me i have to accept it. although it goes against my values. so i respect you 100%

my daughter does the same thing to me. she will show up at the gym i train just to piss me off. and she will sit in the bench next to me and do a lot of weight and try to showboat me and embarass me in front of my friends. then they say 'oh your daughter lifts more then you do old man'. it upsets me and i leave the gym pounding my steering wheel

But I didn’t back off the weight I just stuck it out. I increased as I progressed! I still have no reason as to why I can increase the reps as I go like this. I really don’t hold back. I push hard. I am known for doing this. It doesn’t make sense.

Few weeks will start a big 16 week strength cycle & drop weights down sets of 10 & increase by 2.5 lbs a week. Should be nice slow progress the body can adapt nicely and keep the strength gains. So kinda like a bulk. But I want to just maintain my weight I don’t want to be a heavier class. Looks like we might enter a powerlifting meet in December cuz it will coincide with our cycle. If I’m @ 67.5kg vs 60kg weight class just be qualified in both both classes. The records are diff in this weight though so…. 60 is where I need to be. And want to beat 1000lb total. Just as a totally neutral outside party here I just wanted to you to hear that.

She's actually the best in the entire world at what she does, so she has to be doing something right, right? So just removing your preconceptions here, using your logical mind, you would agree her training must be great considering her ranking right? You're and engineer, so logic and results are your bread and butter. Taking that approach, isn't it possible that maybe your thoughts are a bit off just cuz of past experiences.

Hopefully hearing an outside voice and looking at it from a different angle helps you see things a bit different bro. Nothing but love, cuz again I know where you're coming from and completely understand.

Does masteron make women gain mass? Everything I've seen about guys taking it says its more of a hardener, cosmetic sorta compound. Maybe some lean gains. I know it has a really low sfx profile too. For dudes is you're looking for mass NPP would be the way to go over mast.

I think Im just veryskeptical is all. Don’t think want to take it with NPP primo and test Cyp even though I’m only taking small Amts. yes npp for mass. I just altered the way it worked with me some having been on Semaglutide I neeeded to spare muscle loss. Now I don’t have a bunch of fat to lose so I guess I have no choice but to gain some mass with strength then diet it off again. and just use Semaglutide if I must. Kinda in a place I haven’t been before being this lean and at lower weight.
Would prob be willing to try it on its own with just the little test Cyp I use year round. No primo no npp no var. so it would be clear how it affects me with sides. Cuz this stuff stacked up will be more synergistic thus perhaps increase side effects. Gotta be conservative if gonba trt something new. Playing it safe is always the best option. Especially for women cuz the tiniest amount of anything can have such drastic results. It's great for saving money but a little scary with the sfx. Well I got to 341lb deads felt ok. Was moving slow but thought I could pull 363 but I failed. Little frustrated! Maybe getting used to pulling sumo, it’s much slower off the floor for me. Felt out of juice. Was a bit dizzy and u stand up start to black out but not quite everything tingles in your face. Managed to stay standing upright lol! So Thats where Im at. Not bad off cycle though. Im confident I’ll get up to 402lb by years end. Happy lifting 💪🌸

Shoulders felt decent today, so That’s good! Bodyweight been steady bout 142ish. If we do a comp in December will likely not worry bout making weight @ 132lbs/60kg. Will just sit in the 148lb/67.5kg class. Will be fine. Got my incline bench up to 155lb for 5s. even off cycle & shoulders held up nicely. Excited bout that. We’re going out for Greek food tonight with father in law so looking forward to that. Have a great weekend! 💪🌸

Started Cycle today. Using all Euro Pharm from Purity Source Labs, big thank you for the great products @~Vision~, @PSL, except the EQ we had already on hand. Decided to swap out the Primo for EQ for first half cycle so 8 weeks at least. May or may not finish with primo.

Did some higher volume squats today was going for 5 sets of 10 clearly it didn't happen!! Felt good though. We will work up to 5 sets. Even though this was much lower weight little less than 70% of 1RM. Did manage 3 sets. I probably could have finished 5 sets but didn’t push it. Maybe next week hit 4-5 sets 10. Only going up 5 lbs a week for squat & deadlift 2.5lbs a week Bench for first 8 weeks of the 16 week cycle. Then will lower reps as weight increases Looking forward to seeing how this goes! Big cycle today is your start, but I think you can stay with just 12.5mgs test cyp and cut npp into 1/2 and eq to 12.5mgs, 25mgs EQ imo too much sister :D

Must be a September thing 🤔. About to swap primo for eq myself mid/ early start of the cycle🙂

@LevButlerov I Did exact same dosage as last time only doing actually less EQ than was primo. Not doing anymore than any other time. Also I do a lot less the other females I see on here that take way more than me and I hear you say nothing to them. Why you suggesting to me this, you don’t suggest similar to others? I know not a lot of female logs but still. I don’t understand your logic why you push me opposite way? You don’t do this to other ladies. No criticism to anyone else’s logs. Im very conservative with dosages. Im one of strongest females ranked in the world! It’s not bodybuilding but it’s still my sport! My goal is to win my class and open class in strength! Im pretty sure I’m doing something right here. & No clen, no insulin, not huge dosage of HGH. No orals no blood pressure issues. Maybe next time I’ll just not post dosages that will be helpful right?

You’re right, you’ve kept it fairly conservative and it shows in your results. My point was never to single you out but to make sure you don’t push harder than needed since you already perform at a high level. Everyone responds different and I look at your log with your goals in mind, not comparing to what others run. Strength speaks for itself and your approach clearly works, no one can take that away from you. Posting or not posting dosages won’t change the respect for your lifts and progress. I do think what I said is valid and you can get the same lifts with less gear imo.

Ok well you said nothing when I started last cycle either. And you knew I was starting that cycle last time. So that was confusing! You always say something! Im older I don’t have a longs term game! Im going to take advantage the body I have now. I know that a ped cycle is what will allow my body a bit more longevity as well as excel my gains. I feel if this worked last time Im not going to change it. Well except I think EQ has better potential than primo for my needs. And it’s a smaller dose so Thats good! I hear you and I agree with your take on it. You know your body and you’ve already proven the results with the last run. EQ over primo at the lower dose sounds like a smart shift for your goals. Triceps fried means you killed it sister :D you are the real deal, and it's not the gear doing the job, it's you pushing hardcore level, it's all you doing it hard! @RoidRageWife
