happy leg day!
i decided to split legs up with shoulders today instead of arms not feeling like a bicep pump love me a good shoulder pump.
i got warmed up with some leg extensions and abductors then i went straight into hack squat i hit 140kg x4 couldn't hit my pb but I'm happy with where I'm at consistent form close enough
after the legs were on fire i decided to do my shoulder pump did my super set on my shoulders felt nice and relaxed today took my time rested between sets
finished off with some leg press i only got up to 220kgs today so hitting below my PB but some good reps ran out of time had to pick up kids get dinner was pissing down with rain sigh lol
