Big weight brother! 1 rep max or 240 for sets?
Thanks Brother been a while since i pushed on leg press ive been very cautious with going heavy on it due to lower back pain. I try to pump out as much as i can do to failure brother i made it to 7 reps on this day i was quite surprised as i was feeling flat from my big day with family. Minimum i aim for 3 slow and control reps.

Monday was leg split up with arms i warmed up with abductions and a lil bit of leg extension to get the blood flowing in my legs. Then straight into hack squats hit 140kgs was my limit today. Then went into seated dumbbell curls to rest my legs. The pump was good in the upper body. After arms i went back to leg press i felt strong at this point smashed 240 kgs.
Happy with my pb. I went back to arms standing dumbbell curls with cross body super set. Finished off with some seated hamstrings curls for the night got out to recover.

Then went into seated dumbbell curls to rest my legs. The pump was good in the upper body. After arms i went back to leg press i felt strong at this point smashed 240 kgs.
Happy with my pb. I went back to arms standing dumbbell curls with cross body super set. Finished off with some seated hamstrings curls for the night got out to recover.

Recovery day yesterday took the family to the beach for some cold therapy cardio swim and went home later finished off with hot therapy steam room.

Does anyone else struggle with the cold water? my palms went purple after 30mins and i started shivering had to jump out of the water.

my body needed a rest the past few days to recover came back feeling strong and refreshed.

today was gorilla back day. Started off my session with warming up the shoulders with hanging from the handles bars close grip and wide grip for as long as possible. then i went into machine rows to get blood following in the back. Once i was pumped i went and smashed my pull ups. close grip,medium grip,wide grip. Then i hit the dumbell rows with some slow control form low reps. then carried on with lat pulldowns close again slow and control was my goal today not weight i carried on with the rest of my routine in style today felt good throughout my session i recommend to any over training like myself take a day or 2 off to let your body grow and recover.

i decided to split legs up with shoulders today instead of arms not feeling like a bicep pump love me a good shoulder pump.
i got warmed up with some leg extensions and abductors then i went straight into hack squat i hit 140kg x4 couldn't hit my pb but I'm happy with where I'm at consistent form close enough
after the legs were on fire i decided to do my shoulder pump did my super set on my shoulders felt nice and relaxed today took my time rested between sets
finished off with some leg press i only got up to 220kgs today so hitting below my PB but some good reps ran out of time had to pick up kids get dinner was pissing down with rain sigh lol

been a busy week for me had to do a house clean due to inspection so it took up my monday. I hit the gym for a very late session only managed to hit out 3 big movements. Leg press surprisingly i hit my pb of 240kgs ill upload video. Then i hit my arms with a super set. Then back to hack squats I was done.

Today was a split session brothers i had to pic up family from the airport so i only fit in 2 heavy compound movements on my legs warmed up with streches and abductors in and outwards machine warmups. Went straight into hack squats i only got up to 130kgs on first attempt. So i moved onto leg press i could only get up to 200kgs this week. I guess this week is a deload week then lol i felt a good pump after i got some good reps from the leg press for once i decided to jump back on the hack squat felt confident and hit my pb of 150kgs on the hacky very happy with the result video attached

Picking up family from the airport is such a pain in the ass. I don't live far from the airport here and I always have family come in to see the theme park so of course I'm always a person who has to pick them up. It sucks. @FluffyBunny

@FluffyBunny Yeah, probably a good idea to do a deload. It's good that you listen to your body. Your body's probably saying, hey, give me a little bit of a break, then you'll come back stronger the next week.

Sometimes your body just needs a little bit of a break. Not a bad idea at all, giving it a little bit of breathing room. I got a lot of respect for that. @FluffyBunny
 
went back to gym later on that day after i picked family up from the airport and worked on my chest. I've added decline dB press into my routine to hit the chest from all angles. im still on light weights as chest flairs up randomly.

went back to gym later on that day after i picked family up from the airport and worked on my chest. I've added decline dB press into my routine to hit the chest from all angles. im still on light weights as chest flairs up randomly.

Today was a split session brothers i had to pic up family from the airport so i only fit in 2 heavy compound movements on my legs warmed up with streches and abductors in and outwards machine warmups. Went straight into hack squats i only got up to 130kgs on first attempt. So i moved onto leg press i could only get up to 200kgs this week. I guess this week is a deload week then lol i felt a good pump after i got some good reps from the leg press for once i decided to jump back on the hack squat felt confident and hit my pb of 150kgs on the hacky very happy with the result video attached

Auuright Hey lads dedicated fully sick leg day today i felt strong good rest day before slept well ate heaps of carbs and i did a little tweaking to my training. Ive implemented warmups weight training as to low reps to conserve energy and strength for my last set to go heavy as possible. On all compound movements. And wow we! I broke 2 of my pbs on one day ive been stuck on these pbs feels like a year now so im really happy with the results of today session. 260kgs on leg press. 160 kgs on hack squats. In the same session is insane for me usually i only get one up and one down every week its opposite. New pbs videos attached. Nutrition attached with training.
