Been slacking on the cardio this week to be honest mate I’ll get back into it though.

Single leg press [email protected] plus machine (50kg I think)
Single leg RDL 3x8@30kg
DB bench 3x12@40kg ES
Lat pull down( underhand grip) 3x10@70kg
DB alt curls 2x12@20kg ES

Had yesterday off gym works been busy and cold mornings are fucked. 3am wake ups were on hold until this morning.
Motivation is down so my levels are coming back to base line or just below I’m feeling. I’ll find out in two more weeks.
Feel like putting in a big order with @bigdawg1 and blasting again at this point😂

@Limros excellent job on the gym training.
the weights you are doing and reps look solid. i like how you lay out the rest times too 2minutes is solid.

@Limros very wonderful update, man. I like the different ways that you're training and I like how you lay out your training routine, where it's simple and effective.

Keen to see bloods on that Primo - that ratio would crash my E2. Might be worth getting an LCMS test just to be vigilant

I normally do a sports hormone check on Iscreen for bloods.
I’ll look into it for sure could explain my lack of motivation last couple weeks.
Who do you use for bloods?

Roidsafe for the basics, but iMedical for the extras like prolactin, progesterone, LCMS, IGF etc

@Limros this is looking good. and yes money is important. make the money while the iron is hot. the gym and steroids will always be there
