First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

I WILL START THIS LOG WITH A PICTURE OF WHERE PREP STARTED, AND FOLLOW IT WITH WHERE I'M AT NOW

Hitting the flow state at the moment with nutrition and output, though really, I'm still on easy mode. 3k calories, 15 mins cardio, now 11k steps, and daily posing.

No re-feed this week until I hit up Bundy to catch up with coach for some posing, training and a photo-shoot. Will enjoy a brekkie and dinner + no doubt some carbs peri-training while I'm up there.

I've always been on the fence with AOD. Do you find this pairs well with GH for prep?
I've only been running it for a little over a week now so it's a smidge early to be able to make a comment. Using it to aid with lipolysis alongside the rest of the stack. I can't say it's been game changing, but even small leverages at this stage in prep can make a difference.

Might up the dose this week and see what I notice.

What does that mean to me
Looks a little different to everyone I think but for a lot it's a state of increased focus, consistency and productivity in whatever area it is you're trying to improve in! Might be body building, finances, business, family, friends, health etc.

We're getting to the later stages of prep now where we can start leveraging more and even small tweaks can make huge changes.

05/03/2026: CATCHING THE LOG UP - HUGE PROGRESS AND PLENTY OF NOTES

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

Pulled nutrition back again a fortnight ago to really start digging deep. Haven't had any re-feeds since the last log updated, which was when I travelled up to Bundy to see coach for some training, posing and an in-person check in.

Fatigue slapped me in the ass earlier this week so the priority at the moment is improving sleep as best I can. I now have routine magnesium baths, improved sleep hygiene (night-lights off, aircon always on), and crashing on the couch so baby stirring doesn't wake me.

No more getting up at 4am for business either, sleeping until 5:20pm so I get a full 8 hours and though I'm still feeling weak and depleted my spirit and energy is noticeably improved. Awesome.

I introduced additional biceps volume later in the week and as a result my arms are actually up 1.5cm despite a significant shift in body composition and fat-loss this last fortnight.

Plan is to keep depleting. Measurements are holding strong, and so too is strength and training performance.

Cardio intensity has increased to 140bpm though it's still only 15 mins (stairs) and I'm doing 3x rounds posing IMMEDIATELY following a training session.

NOTES ON MY PHYSIQUE
Particularly happy with how my side shots are looking at the moment. These have always been a weak shot for me. Difference this year is that we've been able to maintain a considerable amount of fullness even this far into prep, and the focus on upper body in the off-season.

Notice a significant improvement in skin texture, particularly in the lower body. Starting to get a really nice, dry, grainy appearance. This is around the time that even small changes make a huge difference.

TO BE MINDFUL OF
Despite being as lean as I am, I'm still 3-4kg over my weight cap, and while I'm confident we can pull in under it, we don't have much room for error here. If I miss, we'll have to pull the GH, which I think is responsible for the fullness this year which has really transformed what my physique looks like in prep.

05/03/2026: CATCHING THE LOG UP - HUGE PROGRESS AND PLENTY OF NOTES

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

Pulled nutrition back again a fortnight ago to really start digging deep. Haven't had any re-feeds since the last log updated, which was when I travelled up to Bundy to see coach for some training, posing and an in-person check in.

Fatigue slapped me in the ass earlier this week so the priority at the moment is improving sleep as best I can. I now have routine magnesium baths, improved sleep hygiene (night-lights off, aircon always on), and crashing on the couch so baby stirring doesn't wake me.

No more getting up at 4am for business either, sleeping until 5:20pm so I get a full 8 hours and though I'm still feeling weak and depleted my spirit and energy is noticeably improved. Awesome.

I introduced additional biceps volume later in the week and as a result my arms are actually up 1.5cm despite a significant shift in body composition and fat-loss this last fortnight.

Plan is to keep depleting. Measurements are holding strong, and so too is strength and training performance.

Cardio intensity has increased to 140bpm though it's still only 15 mins (stairs) and I'm doing 3x rounds posing IMMEDIATELY following a training session.

NOTES ON MY PHYSIQUE
Particularly happy with how my side shots are looking at the moment. These have always been a weak shot for me. Difference this year is that we've been able to maintain a considerable amount of fullness even this far into prep, and the focus on upper body in the off-season.

Notice a significant improvement in skin texture, particularly in the lower body. Starting to get a really nice, dry, grainy appearance. This is around the time that even small changes make a huge difference.

TO BE MINDFUL OF
Despite being as lean as I am, I'm still 3-4kg over my weight cap, and while I'm confident we can pull in under it, we don't have much room for error here. If I miss, we'll have to pull the GH, which I think is responsible for the fullness this year which has really transformed what my physique looks like in prep.

Coming up to 4 weeks out now and we've made the call to standardize electrolyte intake, which I'll now include in all of my stats and data below, and with that you'll be able to see my physique has dried out SIGNIFICANTLY. Alongside an additional 5 mins of cardio and improved sleep you can see a HUGE shift in the right direction.

We're not MUCH closer to the weight cap and with how my BW is trending I'm not even remotely concerned about missing weight, which tells me I had EVEN MORE muscle to put on before hitting my amateur weight cap.

The implications here are that if I miss the pro card this year, I CAN still improve for next year. Awesome.

Thanks Lev <3 Oh mate it was my own mistake. The time zone difference is brutal, and with prep and being depleted I'm asleep hours before you guys can start. As soon as I've got some more food in my system, following show, this will be much easier!

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep, for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

Coming up to 4 weeks out now and we've made the call to standardize electrolyte intake, which I'll now include in all of my stats and data below, and with that you'll be able to see my physique has dried out SIGNIFICANTLY. Alongside an additional 5 mins of cardio and improved sleep you can see a HUGE shift in the right direction.

We're not MUCH closer to the weight cap and with how my BW is trending I'm not even remotely concerned about missing weight, which tells me I had EVEN MORE muscle to put on before hitting my amateur weight cap.

The implications here are that if I miss the pro card this year, I CAN still improve for next year. Awesome.

Around 4 weeks out now and we're not far from being able to trial a peak. Standardization of electrolytes has dried me right out which is fantastic. Had a re-feed (in the realms of 900g total carbs on Sunday) in preparation for a photoshoot that was done on Monday.

I've signed a 3 month contract with the team who did the shoot for routine videography and photography for socials (YT and IG). Long and short-form content. Trying to get very serious about ticking all of the boxes in growing my personal brand for my body building career.

NOTES ON MY PHYSIQUE

Carbs seem to stick around for about 3 days following a re-feed before weight starts coming down again. Sat at 94.7 all Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and it's only really just started coming back down today. This is awesome data. Previous preps the carbs would wash away within a day or two.

Photoshoot showed that I was still only around 75% full, so some room for more carbs, but DRY and grainy. Fantastic. Had the re-feed the day BEOFORE the shoot and not of, so I didn't come in washed out.

Bro every time I check in on your log you look more and more pealed! Amazing work.

Despite being as lean as I am, I'm still 3-4kg over my weight cap, and while I'm confident we can pull in under it, we don't have much room for error here.
This is the kind of stuff I love to follow, when it's down to the wire and it's the minute details a pro gets dialed in

Particularly happy with how my side shots are looking at the moment.
You have that Arnold chest going bro!

The implications here are that if I miss the pro card this year, I CAN still improve for next year. Awesome.

Around 4 weeks out now and we're not far from being able to trial a peak. Standardization of electrolytes has dried me right out which is fantastic. Had a re-feed (in the realms of 900g total carbs on Sunday) in preparation for a photoshoot that was done on Monday.

I've signed a 3 month contract with the team who did the shoot for routine videography and photography for socials (YT and IG). Long and short-form content. Trying to get very serious about ticking all of the boxes in growing my personal brand for my body building career.

Carbs seem to stick around for about 3 days following a re-feed before weight starts coming down again. Sat at 94.7 all Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and it's only really just started coming back down today. This is awesome data. Previous preps the carbs would wash away within a day or two.

Photoshoot showed that I was still only around 75% full, so some room for more carbs, but DRY and grainy. Fantastic. Had the re-feed the day BEOFORE the shoot and not of, so I didn't come in washed out.

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

A little over 3 weeks out now and I'm starting to feel it. A smidge of honey on toast to go with my usual breakfast this morning to help feed a leg day went so fucking hard man I wanted to cry happy tears.

Experimented with pulling the GH this week to see how it affects my overall composition and as expected it stripped an absurd amount of SubQ water which really enhanced my look. The GH helps my sleep immensely though, so we'll put it back in now until peak week.

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

A little over 3 weeks out now and I'm starting to feel it. A smidge of honey on toast to go with my usual breakfast this morning to help feed a leg day went so fucking hard man I wanted to cry happy tears.

Experimented with pulling the GH this week to see how it affects my overall composition and as expected it stripped an absurd amount of SubQ water which really enhanced my look. The GH helps my sleep immensely though, so we'll put it back in now until peak week.

Did dropping GH cost you much fullness? I am never going to compete or get close to this lean but when I get very lean (not comparatively) I am always worried to pull my hgh back before events because I (at least assume) rely on it so heavily to stay full.
 
02/04/2026 - MY BEST LOOK YET | MADE WEIGHT | IFBB X WORLG GYM AUS COLLAB AND REFEED

Made weight this check in, with the GH in, which was a really pleasant surprise. Had an amazing week of filming for YT, IG with the new team I've signed a 3 month contract with and had an amazing opportunity show up to do a collaboration with WORLD GYM AUS and IFBB PRO LEAGUE OZ for World's 50th Anniversary.

As an added bonus, I got some extra carbs so my brain could function for the interview segment, which went as well as I could ever have wished for. If you follow IFBB, you'll see it show up, and I can't wait for that!

Energy wise this week, other than the day of the IFBB shoot, has been absolutely atrocious. Having to time work around small windows where my energy is a bit higher, otherwise I'm pretty much just surviving the days ... Digging deep. It's brutal. Just a couple more weeks.

Did dropping GH cost you much fullness? I am never going to compete or get close to this lean but when I get very lean (not comparatively) I am always worried to pull my hgh back before events because I (at least assume) rely on it so heavily to stay full.
Surprisingly brother, I lost NO fullness, and a heap of SubQ water. Dried right out, but we've put it back in as it helps my sleep, and at this point, any boost to sleep quality makes a significant difference in my ability to continue to lose fat, and maintain training performance! I'll pull it a week and a half before States

Had an amazing week of filming for YT, IG with the new team I've signed a 3 month contract with and had an amazing opportunity show up to do a collaboration with WORLD GYM AUS and IFBB PRO LEAGUE OZ for World's 50th Anniversary.

As an added bonus, I got some extra carbs so my brain could function for the interview segment, which went as well as I could ever have wished for. If you follow IFBB, you'll see it show up, and I can't wait for that!

Energy wise this week, other than the day of the IFBB shoot, has been absolutely atrocious. Having to time work around small windows where my energy is a bit higher, otherwise I'm pretty much just surviving the days ... Digging deep. It's brutal. Just a couple more weeks.

13/04/2026 - PEAK WEEK + LAST WEEKS REFEED PICCIES

It's been a HUGE couple of weeks. Brutal depletion phase last week had me feeling pretty in the gutter, and with limited energy, the log fell behind a week. All of what I had went into clients, my girls, and prep!

I did get a win with a trial peak on Wednesday gone with 850g carbs, 5k cals (that days food pictured below) which showed us I'll need in the realms of 1kg carbs to fill properly this weekend.

Currently sitting 900g below weight cap so we have a bit of room to play which means carbs have come back up a smidge.

Bloods show T4 and T3 sitting low, so we've added in 150mcg T4 today which should make the tail-end of this peak week a little more enjoyable.

We're taking peak week one day at a time and aiming to come in RIGHT on cap. We've achieved a level of conditioning that is WELL enough competitive for states, and will unlock a whole new level for nationals.

First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma , @Core Pharma Rep, for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

It's been a HUGE couple of weeks. Brutal depletion phase last week had me feeling pretty in the gutter, and with limited energy, the log fell behind a week. All of what I had went into clients, my girls, and prep!

I did get a win with a trial peak on Wednesday gone with 850g carbs, 5k cals (that days food pictured below) which showed us I'll need in the realms of 1kg carbs to fill properly this weekend.

Currently sitting 900g below weight cap so we have a bit of room to play which means carbs have come back up a smidge.

Bloods show T4 and T3 sitting low, so we've added in 150mcg T4 today which should make the tail-end of this peak week a little more enjoyable.

We're taking peak week one day at a time and aiming to come in RIGHT on cap. We've achieved a level of conditioning that is WELL enough competitive for states, and will unlock a whole new level for nationals.
