Day 10 of Bulk

Big day in the gym volume and weight grows every session. Shoulder strength almost back maybe 90% healed.

Upped the Sus dose. Now doing daily .72 cc of @KAOS Anabolics GSO oils. Right Pec this morning, so easy to pin.

1Hr walk with the dogs 🐕

Upped the Cals today scales started dropping, looks like metabolism is back after the cutting phase.

Front loaded 200mg EQ this morning, might increase sus slightly mid week when current prepped pins are finished.

All Ancillaries have been taken every day. I've added one more, Digestive Enzymes with high protein meals.

Meditation now up to 13mins each day, feeling very solid and calm. Gym for the mind 🏋️‍♀️ 💪

Cardio, only 1 zone 2 session for the week, ill schedule it instead of just random.

Yoga , same only 1 session, will do 2 this week.

Workouts x 5 have been awesome feel great and strong with heaps of energy.

Had the bright idea of no coffee this morning. Nope , struggled all gym session. Couple of progressions but mostly flat.

Shoulder feels mostly better apart from lateral raises, no strength and painful.

Bodyweight is stagnant might have to start increasing calories

Bro I cut all caffeine out this year. Best decision ever. It's rough at first but it's so nice to have that natural energy back and no ups and downs.

I won't lie.. I still crave a coffee to this day. It certainly is an addiction. It'll take a few weeks for you to not rely on it. I'd say the first week is the hardest.. just not having that pre workout or coffee before training was the hardest part.

Big session, this workout always drains me so recovery day tomorrow

Workout tunes: Faith No More king for a day fool for a lifetime

It's a public holiday over here, have to do a few hours work this morning then taking the kids waterfall hunting this afternoon. It's going to be wet cold and heaps of hiking and maybe a hot chocolate slipped in as well 😍

Libido is going crazy due to @KAOS Anabolics Sustanon and Proviron combo, Mrs is not safe around me atm ha ha
