Worked out my maintenance cals 2700 just eating 2300-2100 cals tracking the cals and protein is high not doing keto just cals for now trying lose 1lb a week

No it’s Bradford northern England not the best city but lived there all my life and it was quite ealry 830 am usually a lot busier

No there are poached eggs on top ham and breakfast muffins it’s eggs Benedict usually has hollandaise sauce with it but i asked for it without save the cals

@Truckyboy1971 man that’s crazy your truck has to be inspected every 6 weeks. Well I guess it’s a good thing. I work construction and see a lot of trucks that shouldn’t be anywhere near a road. So I guess it helps keep the trucks in nice working conditions
