Hi forum, I’m 39 years old and new to using anabolic steroids. I’m 5’9 and currently 95kg, training MMA/Gym 5 times per week. My fight weight is 83-84kg.



I have over 10 years of training/gym experience and decided to started with 50mg of Anavar daily for 8-weeks ; feeling great. I’m 2 weeks away from starting my post-cycle therapy and I’m considering transitioning to Suss250 for my next cycle.



I’m seeking opinions on this plan. I figure Suss250 would be better than an oral steroid. I would welcome any advice or other options. Thanks in advance
 
not really easy to be a mind reader as you make zero mention of your goals and you need time off in between cycles.. if you ran anavar 8 weeks, which is too long for an oral steroid as it is, then 4 weeks of pct, thats a total of 12 weeks on so you need a MINIMUM of 12 weeks off, so you are several months away from using another steroid as it is
 
When I was fighting I ran EQ and a little bit of test. Boosted red blood cells and I didn't put on any weight really. If you're getting tested EPO is an option.

EQ is something I’m looking into.. thanks for the advice, I’ll put it on the list. In regard's to Test, what type did you choose?

I’ve the fat to lose, and maybe 2-3kg of water weight. So if I can turn that fat into a bit of muscle, I would be happy.

@MMAKID008 welcome to the evolutionary.org family and we have a few MMA fighters that did logs in the past with cycles.

I can suggest a few cycles including eq and gw but before we suggest cycles to you or using anything, as @dylangemelli said above, we dont know anything about you. We need you to start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary with your training, diet, supplements, pics, and detailed history and we can start to guide you properly into a cycle.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

sustanon is a blend of 4 test esters
if you have low test before then of course it will give you a boost

anavar might not be feasible for much longer cause of the pumps it gives you. the best one for MMA IMO would be tbol and EQ if i had to guess. but i never did MMA so its just a guess based on other htings i have done FYI
 
tell us more about your training exactly and what you want to use the steroids for
if it's just for aggression before a fight then there are things you can use but if it's to help you boost your training there's other things you can use
 
definitely get a log Journal going in detail exactly what you're doing and what you're struggling with
full pictures would be awesome just blur out your face so you stay anonymous

MMA guys are obviously on steroids that's a given
now which steroids they use I think it's a combination of things but they also will experiment with different ones to see which works best for them
that's what you have to do and why a log is essential
 
don't use tren IMO
tren is really bad for endurance and will increase fatigue too much
if I'm you I go with equipoise and some testosterone to start

DO your PCT then wait 10 weeks. start Sust then at 350mg weekly for 10 weeks can use oral in the front or back half of this cycle like first 6t or last 6 weeks. Go to @domestic-supply.com for the best SUST available

i would look at sarms right now especially considering you have fat to lose.. you do not want higher body fat when using any steroid as you are far more susceptible to problems and side effects if you do...

i would recommend running a sarms bridge now, then as you get near of the end of the bridge, THEN decide what to do next on a cycle.. you are a ways off from there and goals will likely change at that point...

This will be be my 5 week mark.
My strength has gone up some even though I lost approx 6lbs in the same time period. I'm getting a little more vascular and it has rounded out my shoulders.
I feel really good on it, sleep well and it's not doing anything crazy with my appetite except for the first two weeks.
From what I understand, it's around week 7 that it really hits. So far, it's fairly mild.
I'll get my blood work done next week and see what it did to that. I'll post some pics of a month ago and tomorrow and see what the camera has to say.
 
Will you compete in MMA and if so do they drug test you?

thats not even remotely close to a full pct and will do next to nothing for you


when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well… N2Guard plays a pivotal role in a post-cycle therapy (PCT). There’s a strong misconception that the role of a PCT is simply to restart the natural testosterone production that was shut down from the steroid cycle.
