Super brief workout
I split my legs into 2 days so I can do less and go harder. I like to take my time in between heavy sets as well. This still took me an hour thirty with 20min cardio. Nicer for recovery as well. I'll be ready to hit it hard again on friday.
 
Glad you got a good session in and the injury didn't flare up. Hopefully it is in the past now.
Funny about that. Tripped going up the stairs with my lunch today and stubbed the toe bad. Saved the lunch though. It's hurting but serviceable!!! :ROFLMAO:

My plan just has me working at about 60% and less sets. 1-2 per exercise.
I'm trying to stay as tight as I can while still growing. Last build I put on weight too fast and I was done after 10 weeks. Wanna go longer this time like i planned for last time. Would rather grow slow over time then put on size fast and have too much of it be fat. I'm feeling good right now with what i'm doing.

My macros were actually off. I didn't have my meal7 yesterday as I ran out of turkey so i just had a shake. Forgot to adjust the macros for today. Guess i became too complacent eating the same things every day. Fixed the macros for today.
So now 66g fat plus the 12g fish oil daily.

I just drink it when i want something warm at night. Not really a planned thing. I also simmer my beef in it when cooking that for meals.

Bone broth great for a deload, helps the recovery, hence I would add it to your deload.
