I split my legs into 2 days so I can do less and go harder. I like to take my time in between heavy sets as well. This still took me an hour thirty with 20min cardio. Nicer for recovery as well. I'll be ready to hit it hard again on friday.Super brief workout

I'm trying to stay as tight as I can while still growing. Last build I put on weight too fast and I was done after 10 weeks. Wanna go longer this time like i planned for last time. Would rather grow slow over time then put on size fast and have too much of it be fat. I'm feeling good right now with what i'm doing.

My macros were actually off. I didn't have my meal7 yesterday as I ran out of turkey so i just had a shake. Forgot to adjust the macros for today.
