Lbs bro,all my plates are in lbs,most,I have few smaller 5kg plates and couple of 25kg plates around somewhere.but set up is all lbs

Yes certainly is,my local dinos pizza,well not delivery but made at pizza shop while you wait.but yes they use olive oil n fresh ingredients.best pizza in my area.

Very basic session,time restricted but got it done.

As always , relatively slow on the eccentric movements,those pull ups sure are hard man,should get to 7 reps on each next time.

Love the older looking weights. That is what I recommend people to get for their home gyms. You will find them cheaper and the funny thing is that they will weigh the same as new ones, lol.

Yeah thanks bro ,so I'm eating mostly lean meats(chicken,lamb,beef) and salads with exception for my Friday night pizza or broasters chicken,the odd splice ice block,haven't been hitting my calorie intake working in heat sort of ruins appetite some days until I finish work.i should have more fish in my diet though.

I have never been a fan of salmon,I like tuna,love to catch a bunch of whiting and cook up so fresh,flathead is a good fish to eat as well.need to make more time to go fishing and relax and catch the freshest ever feed

Yeah hard to catch,few places land based in eastern beaches that tuna can be caught but dangerous off the rocks and deep water shelf.tuna steaks always available at fish markets.canned tuna is fine too.

Too easy bro,most of my plates are in lbs,all old school free weights,only a few I have new that are in kgs but I've been training in lbs so long I'm used to the conversion when I need to.even on the scales I weigh myself in at lbs,all the combat sports that I follow and watch,UFC,boxing etc are in lbs so it makes sense to me.

And i believe u were taking alot less gear back then also, and with this cycle u seem to be hitting close to 2 grams of gear but the weights don't seem to be up there,

No hate just wondering is all man

Every tom pick and harry can take 2gm of gear and train progressively overload, it needs special guts to take 2g and train progressively underload. Plzz be better.

@Kurobigg while your concern is legit, almost 2 grams of gear has a safety issue involved I fully agree.
In the EVO family, we have a rule, if the person wants to do something we are not his parents, we are his family, we have to be supportive. :D
Obviously, the guidance is to lower the dose, but what does @Seventieschild want himself? that's the key. Some guys need and like higher doses, no shame in that. There are sides to this, but do you honestly think he doesnt understand the side effects? he's been in the game for a while.

On your note, @Kurobigg how about you start updating your LOG? we havent seen anything lately

@Ratatata I agree @Seventieschild is a big Veteran but you have to be honest and say @Kurobigg makes a valid point about high doses right.
 
To be fair I believe that was his second bench session for the week. I believe he did sets of 6-8 with 225-245 a week ago. I do agree however about his dosage. Hidden heart risks can be hard to spot before it's too late. I hope he reconsiders anadrol and drops it. The injectable's alone would be a good cycle. Just be careful with sodium amounts getting too high.
