It's what seems to work for me. Only way they grow at all. I thinkI have bad arm growth genetics. I've never had big arms. Biceps are thin side to side.
@s.gentz Yeah, I know some people who are like that for sure. Other people barely work out their arms and they grow big arms. It just depends on how lanky they are. Definitely a genetic thing.

I wanted to back off the carbs a bit but still want the same cals so I flipped protein and carb intake.
All cals will prob come up a bit after next weeks deload.

Did you take measurements of legs and arms before starting the cycle? Would be curious to how well the insulin changed things.
I didn’t. I guess we will see when the fluff gets stripped back.
Strength and size went up almost immediately when I started taking. Best bang for your buck compound out there. I don’t really talk about it much as I don’t want newer or young guys to see this as it can be much more dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing. You take a huge shot of test and nothing happens. You take a too big a dose of insulin and you could be dead.

Yeah no doubt. Gotta be smart on timing to minimize. Keep it around training and match your carb intake. I think a lot of people say I wanna use X amount of insulin so I need X amount of food. That is how you get fat.

You know your body for sure. But I think someone new to insulin can easily screw it up.

Nice to see you pumping that big lifting. I never viewed you as a guy who really did super heavy weight. But you are proven me wrong. @s.gentz
 
I didn’t. I guess we will see when the fluff gets stripped back.
Strength and size went up almost immediately when I started taking. Best bang for your buck compound out there. I don’t really talk about it much as I don’t want newer or young guys to see this as it can be much more dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing. You take a huge shot of test and nothing happens. You take a too big a dose of insulin and you could be dead.
I think you are definitely fuller on your muscles. @s.gentz I could tell your quads for example, definitely looked bigger through your shorts. And then under your shorts they were popping out more.

Great amount of food! That is definitely something I struggle with on a bulk - I think my apetite and metabolism make me naturally more suited to cutting/lean bulk's.

Totally agree with everything you said. The only issue with insulin, especially for the inexperienced is that it can be dangerous. Like i mentioned above, you take a huge shot of test/EQ/deca even tren and really nothing happens. You take a miscalculated dose of insulin and don't have the proper carbs on board and you could be in trouble. I try not to talk about insulin too much as I don't want the younger/inexperienced guys wanting to use it. It is def for the advanced/experienced person.
To your point about the old school guys, I think they though they needed to run a certain amount to get the result they wanted so that meant they had to eat to match what they wanted to take, They would get fat. If your using it to match your planned intake then it is prob one of best drugs out there. I noticed a difference from day 1.

This happens because they don't know how to use it. They get a number in their head of how many IU they wanna do and then eat to that number which is prob way more than they need to be eating. The right way is to take the proper amount of insulin for what you are eating. As I say with evrey drug we talk about. More is not better. People don;t resally understand this for some reason. They just think more drugs more results.
