I think i'm at the point in the diet where I need to back off a little and shoot for high reps with intensifiers. Was a struggle today to advance weights/reps.
Def don't need to push it and get hurt. I've played that game too many times over the last couple years with my shoulder.

How do u like the cardazol and ostazol before workouts do u notice a difference when u take them vs the days u don't?
I take one of each one hour prior to training and then one of each when I’m walking into the gym.
When I take it I feel hotter and def sweat more.

No idea what’s going on. Wonder if the the cardazol/ostazol. Been taking it same way for two weeks with no issue but last two days stomach was horrible in the gym and for a few hours after.
Three trips to the restroom yesterday and two today.

@s.gentz try dropping the dose of cardazol ostazol to 1 capsule and drink it with a protein shake, see how you do.
Stomach issues come and go due to bacterial flexibility in the gut flora, so possible.

My typical protein lately has been around 270 or so but the wife wanted sushi tonight so def got a little extra in.
Changing my rep scheme is a must right now. Don’t wanna risk injury. Feeling the diet.

yup I see you range around 270 level but still wanted to say you have been a protein king over 300 and competed so its in your blood bro @s.gentz
and you will feel diet more and more as you get leaner, its natty like that :) smart to make adjustments, guys that dont ALWAYS get injured, its like a fact, diet + high weight = injury

Sounds yummy. When I ate scoop of Marionberry ice-cream and a Turkey panini my weight went down. Was kinda funny to see. Just make sure u have a protein with a carb. 💪🌸

Yeah there would be 0 chance i could guess the macros on that soup. Was very rich.
My wife was recently diagnosed with a pretty severe gluten sensitivity. It's been about a month now since she's eaten anything containing gluten. There is a small bakery/bistro a couple miles from our house that is 100% gluten free so she wanted to try it. Food was really good. Roll on the burger tasted just like a normal roll. The standout though was the mushroom soup. It def had some heavy cream in it but it was delicious.
We will def be going back.

BB curls 80 is solid
Felt great to increase weights here especially while dieting. I haven't been able to lift heavy on the biceps movements in years due to tendon/joint issues that would always come up. Hoping i can do 1 heavy movement per arm day going forward. I think once i start building again this will be very beneficial for arm growth as I have struggled with bicep size/thickness and i would love to have then catch up.

gluten sensitivity, thats serious but she can fix it with fasting and diet
its good for you to have less gluten when you cut @s.gentz :)

Yeah I’m supporting her in her journey with this.
The only gluten I’m eating currently is the Ezekiel bread. That stays as it is a complete protein. There are no gluten free breads than can match the macros.

That's what i'm hoping for. Biceps def need to catch up!!
Haha speaking of catching up my legs need to catch up to my enitre upper body 😂 that is how I find myself picking men's physique for my class 😂
