Her arms should be about 15.5 inches in a couple weeks. Measured them again when her BW hit 160 couple days ago and she gained 1/4 inch in about a week. The heavier the weights get in this cycle the faster they are growing. I've never heard of anyone increasing their 1 rep max to a 5x5 in 12 weeks when they are already at the elite level.

You are insanely strong! Jesus I deadlight 425lbs for a 5 max and you're gonna surpass me soon! Amazing. 9 years later and you're doing your old comp max for reps! LOL

This is why it's probably my all time favourite exercise... she is jacked and ready to battle!
 
Does injectable L-Carnatine speed up receptor up regulation while off cycle? Its going to be a tight 6 week off cycle in January before she will need to blast and get ready for Nationals in Mid May.
Injectable L carnitine will not speed up receptor up regulation off cycle as that still comes down to letting androgens clear naturally. It can help energy and fat use in that 6 week window but it will not change how fast receptors reset. @RoidRage69

Nothing exogenous bro, even cardio, and there's no known peptide for that yet. Off cycle is her best bet. Sunlight in the morning as silly as that sounds might help her and her usual stack of Vitamin D, magnesium, Vitamin C and Zinc.

Ok. Looks like 6 weeks will be the max off time. Of course it will still be 10mg test for a cruise during this time.

10mg for a female is a very reasonable cruise. I give HarleyGirl (my girl) 7.5/week and she doesn't train, it's just HRT.

The real answer is lowering doses and letting body cycle through. I have heard fasting will clear receptors but that's more of anecdotal talk @RoidRage69

10mg for a female is a very reasonable cruise. I give HarleyGirl (my girl) 7.5/week and she doesn't train, it's just HRT.
The last cruise between cycles and right before the powerlifting meet we only cut dosage in half from a blast so this might need to be bumped up I don't know yet. Maybe have 7.5mg NPP with it.

If you're looking for receptor upregulation it might be a good idea to let them clear out and just stick to low dose TRT and go off. If you add NPP then you'll probably wind up having to dose a nandrolone higher come meet prep. If it's simply receptor upregulation you're shooting for then going off is best but if Test/NPP worked for you in the past regarding meet performance then I wouldn't try and fix something that isn't broken.

That is unheard of numbers to do a 5x5 with your max in only 12 weeks. This leads me to believe that the compounds I have her on are about perfect. Don't want to change.

Good choice! This is the better option imo. SARMS won't help with upregulation though so tread carefully, you wanna make sure they're not selective at the receptors you're wanting to hit come meet comp prep.

LGD will target the receptor with pretty high affinity. Be cautious with dosing that one when she's cruising and you want upregulation later.

I get that... and every experienced lifter knows whether you went deep or not, there's a moment where you 'see' when they get to the 'bottom' or not.

You made a mistake on yesterday's log. You forgot to mention the tricep push downs were rope push downs which makes it that much more impressive. Not many men on here can bang out 77 lb rope push downs on a single pully system for 9 reps. A year ago I couldn't even do that much. I bet your triceps are stronger than 99% of the bodybuilders on here.

She can probably hit 7-8 reps. With a 5x5 I multiply the weight X 1.20 to get a realistic 1RM after a 3-4 week peak and taper.

Next week we might plan on trying 209 for a 5x5. She has been going up 5-6 lbs every week st the end of this cycle. Body is gaining strength at a rapid clip. 12 weeks ago her 1RM was 198.

Ahhh gotcha. Smart move for upregulation with just the TRT. It might be a mental mind fuck but will pay off when she blasts.
Yeah it will give us a good 8 weeks to recover and most likely lower volume in gym in half and lift at the higher weights. Sets of 3 or even singles on the main lifts and then 8-12 on accessories. The goal is to keep 100% of the strength at the end of this 8 week recovery.

That sounds legit bro, keep the strength and then when you blast it's like a launching pad with the gear from a new start point.

We will see if she can get that low. Will be a challenge but semaglutide is a miracle drug. We have 6 months to get there from 160 lbs.

So I worked up to my 1 rep max from comp. Have not tried it since July comp. Was pretty excited to beat my comp max. Had some AC/DC Thunderstruck playing that psyches me up! Increased 11lbs 319 went up easy prob could done a triple anyhow. So went up another 1-lbs to 330lbs that went up pretty good too so Another jump 11lbs 341lbs barely missed it I stalled a bit so hubby barely spotted me through it. I prob would get it on a comp day as I would have a proper taper. But it still a win! Pretty proud of myself this strength cycle training has been grueling by effective!! Will see what Saturday's bench looks like. Happy Lifting everybody! 💪🌸

Today I tested my 1 Rep Max I flew past my all time max of 210lbs. Hit 220lbs So said may as well go up 10lbs more 231lbs boom and I hit that too! PR Queen!🎉💪🥳 My theoretical max should be bout 243lbs. As it stands now it I make weight at 132lb and keep this strength I would have a world records at squat bench and Im very close to deadlift. But I cannot use elbow sleeves on bench and I have to pause it! By May I should be able to pause and be sleeveless for bench. So pretty exciting day for me to have a feel for where I am now! Happy Lifting! 💪🌸
