So the TRT I was on was BioTE pellets. Doc said it works out to 100-150mg/week of test.
Training was 4x/week weights, 2-3x/week cardio. Very intense but shorter workouts, 45min or so. 30-45 seconds between sets. Moderate weights, reps 8-15 or 20 per set as I have a lot of spine issues from younger military life that I don't want to aggravate.
Diet was fairly clean, low carbs, high protein and fat. 2500 calories/day. Mostly eggs/bacon for breakfast, some sort of meat and veggies for lunch and dinner, little bread. Weekends might have some sugar.
Bodyweight dropped 10lbs from this but according to my doctor's body composition test I added 14lbs of muscle and lost 24lbs fat over the last year. Lipids were perfect and have always been good. So I was very happy.
