stats: 5’9, 178lb, 13%bf

cruising 250mg test e weekly, last blast was 500mg test, 60mg dbol pw daily

next blast: syn tnt blend (500mg test e, 300mg tren e, 15 weeks), anadrol 100mg (5 weeks mid cycle pw)

current diet: 3500 cals, 360g protein, rest of cals from fat and carbs. split 4 meals. Animal pack multi daily.

goals: bulk while staying in a 500 calorie surplus, increasing by 500 every weight plateau.

I stopped caring years ago if young guys want to use steroids. We've seen all the evidence to tell you what's going to happen and if you're still willing to do them then I'm not going to waste my time trying to convince you. it's no different than the arguments I have with anti vaxxers, diabetics, stroke patients, rec drugs users, alcoholics, science deniers, people who think chiropractors are real doctors, people on every drug under the sun, or obese people. no matter how much you try to reason you are wasting your breathe because they know it all already.

now having said that I don't care how old you are you need to get your blood work done and you need to be posting your diet and training on here via a log Journal otherwise you're not going to go far at all

also i don't care if you are 21, 31, or 51. tren is NOT a smart choice for a newbie and its a horrible choice. it's like giving a Lamborghini to a sixteen-year-old as their first car. ask yourself this question where are you going from here? Because once you use tren you aren't gonna be able to go back to primo or eq

ive been getting bloodwork forever now due to being hypogonadle, trt since early teens. I get a pretty comprehensive panel 4 times a year while cruising. ive also gotten imaging done in the past. Not trying to say this all justifies gear usage, but just that i have a bit more knowledge in this area compared to some of the other people my age. And no, i don’t know everything and I'm aware that its not the smartest idea to have taken this route at my age, but at the end of the day its what i want to do with my life and it is no one else’s responsibility for my health, decision making, or consequences but mine. Ultimately i will be the one dealing with the health ramifications and the lifelong commitments to this lifestyle.

your bloodwork now shows you NOTHING in terms of what you are going to endure down the road.. ive only been coaching 15 years now and have dealt with thousands of people like you, who live in turmoil and regret... no offense, but at 21 years old, for you to question people doing this for over a decade shows your immaturity... good luck to you, you need it in a major fng way

Be careful with that amount of Anadrol for that length of time. Only need half of that would work. But using Anadrol with tren nit a smart move. You'll quickly become toxic. Since your so head strong in running this course. At least do it smarter

il start off with 50 and depending on how i tolerate it i MIGHT go up to 100. appreciate it man 🤜

@lactating_gyno welcome to the evo family! while I dont support 21 year old using steroids, you're already on steroids with TRT use.

What I'd like before we push your cycle out is know more about you. RIght now we know very minimal, can you please start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diet training cardio sleep TRT vials and pics and more, we can guide your cycle after that easy.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

And yet here you are asking for advice.

You also need to understand that others, such as myself, have the same ability as you to take responsibility. EG: other young people reading this and seeing me approve and being ok with it when even you agree not everyone your age knows what they are doing. 100's will read this thread.
 
if you want to prevent major problems I suggest you put up a log Journal

this way we can flag anything that happens during your cycle and help you
 
adjusting dosing on-the-fly in a cycle is fine
but that is the reasoning for putting up a log so that we can help you with that
 
you are more concerned with dosing and what steroids to use
but the weird thing is it's going to boil down to diet and training and even genetics so without anything else it's hard to really advise

please put up a log as soon as possible with your full pictures and also your full diet and training
 
I would like to see your cardio and your sleep as well all those are factors that are important
if you're not sleeping well then you're not going to grow
 
I'm not going to endorse this just can't at that age, if u log and up a journal I will see if I can help with diet and training but that is as far as I will go with it.
