We are feeling amazing progress is only going to get better now that I’m back to training upper this week.

30min cardio fasted 120-130BPM

5AM legs with the boys all sets were brutal and pushed outselves.

Gets a bit hard on the discs after a while
Used to do a lot of them 2-3 years ago now it’s too hard on my knees but I’ve kinda always been strong.

Active rest day today. Food still the same as previous days.. after work did some basic rehab exercises for my shoulder aswell as mobility exercises and some abs.
Progress is slowly coming, stress and fatigue from work is quite high at the moment so rest days will probably be more frequent as recovery is my biggest downfall atm but we are working on improving it.

Steps: 15min
Cardio: 20min fasted

First thing I noticed from the gh is deeper sleep

Then I started looking noticably fuller and leaner over time
HGH can make you also tired.

rest and recovery day

Today was one of those days where I woke up at 2:45am feeling sore as fuck fatigued and just didn’t want to do life. So I called my boss told him I need a rest and first thing I did was booked a remedial appointment.

Started off the morning with 40 min fasted cardio


Then headed to my appointment. Got alot of work done to my shoulder and upper back as these areas are causing me a bit of pain and discomfort. I’m hoping this will make a difference. From here I went in the pool and did a 30min of laps ( not very fast😂)

The gym session, something a little different as we are just trying to recovery.
Foam rolling & Stretching
20min Steps at 5KMPH pace
15min Stationary bike
3 sets of plate loaded ab crunch 3x15 20kg

I enjoy cardio and find it relaxing hence why I do so much.

We are getting leaner and feeling good heading to bed early now and praying a few extra hours of sleep will do me good.

Have added in Melatonin now to sleep routine with my GH and sleep supplements

Quads & Chest weird combo don’t ask, Mother’s Day here today so allocated a load a boat load of calories for my dinner with family so I can enjoy a steak and chips. Training was meant to be push day but decided after first few exercises to add quads in Cus they were Lookin tiny and today was meant to be a rest/recovery day.

Packed my first 2 meals to take out for the day with whilst I was out for a social outing plus some caffeine and electrolyte mix

looking good lad, your legs are far bigger than you give yourself credit btw, your tall you have to keep that in perspective, if you stood next to someone 5'9 like me youd make me look like a small child haha also this gh DEFS has water retention, leaner you are the more it will go i the muscle, so as you drop down youll look bigger due to intracellular fullness :) win win

Using these days as rest days really want my shoulder to heal so I can’t keep forcing myself to train this week I’ll use it as a rest and just hit legs twice.
