The most boring thing to train but i looked crazy… the pumps and the strength increases I have been getting is insane. The gear is deffs settled in. As usual I’m always transparent
The pros
- strength
- size
- vascularity
- no pip
- improved skin quality

The negative
- aggression hahah
I am a big angry bloke at work and the smallest things trigger me and this is probably down to the increase in total androgens and lower food than usual. But when it comes to train I feel insane.

rest and recovery day

Today was one of those days where I woke up at 2:45am feeling sore as fuck fatigued and just didn’t want to do life. So I called my boss told him I need a rest and first thing I did was booked a remedial appointment.

Started off the morning with 40 min fasted cardio


Then headed to my appointment. Got alot of work done to my shoulder and upper back as these areas are causing me a bit of pain and discomfort. I’m hoping this will make a difference. From here I went in the pool and did a 30min of laps ( not very fast😂)

The gym session, something a little different as we are just trying to recovery.
Foam rolling & Stretching
20min Steps at 5KMPH pace
15min Stationary bike
3 sets of plate loaded ab crunch 3x15 20kg

I enjoy cardio and find it relaxing hence why I do so much.

We are getting leaner and feeling good heading to bed early now and praying a few extra hours of sleep will do me good.

Have added in Melatonin now to sleep routine with my GH and sleep supplements

rest and recovery day

Today was one of those days where I woke up at 2:45am feeling sore as fuck fatigued and just didn’t want to do life. So I called my boss told him I need a rest and first thing I did was booked a remedial appointment.

Quads & Chest weird combo don’t ask, Mother’s Day here today so allocated a load a boat load of calories for my dinner with family so I can enjoy a steak and chips. Training was meant to be push day but decided after first few exercises to add quads in Cus they were Lookin tiny and today was meant to be a rest/recovery day.

Packed my first 2 meals to take out for the day with whilst I was out for a social outing plus some caffeine and electrolyte mix

looking good lad, your legs are far bigger than you give yourself credit btw, your tall you have to keep that in perspective, if you stood next to someone 5'9 like me youd make me look like a small child haha also this gh DEFS has water retention, leaner you are the more it will go i the muscle, so as you drop down youll look bigger due to intracellular fullness :) win win
