I’m still happily plugging away!
Fatigue got me again for a few days, so I just made sure I didn’t push myself too hard at gym, and rested when I needed to.
My fatigue is definitely way way way less then it used to be and even when I do feel fatigued, it’s not like i used to get where i was so smashed feeling that I can’t even lift my arms and need total bed rest, and now it only lasts a few days, and then I am back to feeling good again.

@SILVERBACK LABS every 5 days, and 1iu of GH each night.
Haven’t had any huge PB’s at gym, due to fatigue , but each week I am still able to progress up in weights, so I’m happy with that.
I also did my very first push up on my toes today! Yay!
Libido is most definitely improved which has been fun wink wink
Scale is staying the same, but I’m finding clothes are fitting a tad more loosely and I had to buy some new gym sports bras in a smaller size. So maybe some body recomping happening hopefully.
I also feel like my belly fat is less….
I was doing some cable reverse flies today and saw my arms/traps in the mirror and I was super happy, I can see some muscle definition coming in. It’s not much compared to some of the amazing ladies on here, and don’t laugh
