Thank you bro! Yes, I am staying consistent, and that’s the most important thing. Everything takes time, it’s so good to be enjoying my workouts at gym, and not dreading them like I used to cause I was just sooooo tired all the time. I can’t wait to get to gym these days!

I’m still happily plugging away!

Fatigue got me again for a few days, so I just made sure I didn’t push myself too hard at gym, and rested when I needed to.

My fatigue is definitely way way way less then it used to be and even when I do feel fatigued, it’s not like i used to get where i was so smashed feeling that I can’t even lift my arms and need total bed rest, and now it only lasts a few days, and then I am back to feeling good again.

Still doing my test Cyp from @SILVERBACK LABS every 5 days, and 1iu of GH each night.

Haven’t had any huge PB’s at gym, due to fatigue , but each week I am still able to progress up in weights, so I’m happy with that.

I also did my very first push up on my toes today! Yay!
Libido is most definitely improved which has been fun wink wink 😉

Scale is staying the same, but I’m finding clothes are fitting a tad more loosely and I had to buy some new gym sports bras in a smaller size. So maybe some body recomping happening hopefully.

I also feel like my belly fat is less….

I was doing some cable reverse flies today and saw my arms/traps in the mirror and I was super happy, I can see some muscle definition coming in. It’s not much compared to some of the amazing ladies on here, and don’t laugh @RoidRageWife lol View attachment 46656but to me it’s awesome! Haha but we all start somewhere hey.

All in all, I’m really happy with all the improvements I’m feeling and seeing.

Yeah, at the moment I know I could probably drop some fat, but I feel like I’ve been trying to lose weight my entire life, and the fat is really only around my belly/hips….. and in the past, when I do lose weight, it never goes from that area anyways 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I still think I’m best off to stay eating at maintenance cals and just trying to focus on building more muscle at this stage ….and hopefully the fat in that area will gradually go as my hormone level out too

Yes this sounds like common sense right. Give your body time to figure out what you’re doing. Then when things level off. Make a change. Try a reduction in carbs then see what happens. You got this. I like your approach.

Make sure you do some cardio after each lifting session. That will really help in the recomping.
Actually yes, I do need to work on adding some more cardio in, depending on my session I will do some treadmill or Prowler laps… but I need to do more for sure

Thanks bro, yeah diet has been spot on thanks to all the ginger tea I’ve been drinking, I’ve had no nausea, so I am actually feeling hungry again which is so good.
I think I am going to try going slightly lower carb then usually as suggested by RoidRage & RoidRageWife…. I just have to be careful because too low carb and I get fatigued again… so will need to find a balance. I will try to post meals again, and what I’ve eaten in a day and a followup

I got so demotivated, missed training days, diet sucked... but I kept talking to the bros & sisters here and finally pulled out of it. The EVO FAMILY will always be here for you and have your back...

Hey guys so stopping by to update.

Fell into a bit of a funk… fatigue, feeling flat, missing training sessions, didn’t track, diet off track etc… just got a bit stuck in my head I think…

I have this thing where unless I can nail everything 100% I feel like I’ve failed, and I feel like giving up… silly I know.

Anyways, it was only for a couple weeks, and I’ve picked myself up, and shaken myself off and back on track haha.

Back to gym, back to tracking, back to eating well.

I’ve decided to go into a slight deficit …. Dropping calories down to 1700
Just to try to lose a little fluff coming into our summer here in Australia
The thing is, it’s mostly all around my hips/belly… which I know is hormonal …. But I’m hoping the GH and Test may help with that also.
It’s funny, when I look in the mirror it’s all I see and I hate it.
I am also upping my steps/cardio daily.
What do you guys think, do these calories sound ok? Or too low?
Keeping protein high at 150grams carbs at 135grams abs fat at 55grams.
Love to hear your feedback

I think that macro breakdown sounds pretty spot on.

My wife eats about 150 grams protein and 100 grams carbs per day but she is also 4 inches shorter than you so her metabolism is slower. She gets about 1350 cals per day.
