Hey guys so stopping by to update.

Fell into a bit of a funk… fatigue, feeling flat, missing training sessions, didn’t track, diet off track etc… just got a bit stuck in my head I think…

I have this thing where unless I can nail everything 100% I feel like I’ve failed, and I feel like giving up… silly I know.

Anyways, it was only for a couple weeks, and I’ve picked myself up, and shaken myself off and back on track haha.

Back to gym, back to tracking, back to eating well.

I’ve decided to go into a slight deficit …. Dropping calories down to 1700
Just to try to lose a little fluff coming into our summer here in Australia
The thing is, it’s mostly all around my hips/belly… which I know is hormonal …. But I’m hoping the GH and Test may help with that also.
It’s funny, when I look in the mirror it’s all I see and I hate it.
I am also upping my steps/cardio daily.
What do you guys think, do these calories sound ok? Or too low?
Keeping protein high at 150grams carbs at 135grams abs fat at 55grams.
Love to hear your feedback

Thanks EvoFam
@Smiley G you dont have to be on 100% to nail it sister :) EVO family understands it

you should try just sticking to higher protein higher fat and moderate carbs, try to take pics of meals so easier

It's normal to be in a funk here and there

People need to remember even professional athletes have off-seasons because this shit can burn you out

The issue is, as you freely admit, one of perception. Hence training diaries and stats. We ALL have up and down days but numbers don't lie.

It happens to all of us but don’t let it completely krill your progress. Let’s get back on track.

new shoes and new clothes would be a cool way to get upbeat for training
maybe get yourself some new things

yes I agree we do this to be healthy that comes first
looking a certain way a secondary

make sure you're having fun when you train
if you're not having fun you're not going to want to go

taking a break is perfectly fine
it clears your mind and gets you more balanced

a lot of times training is very important
it will help your physical and mental health

I look at it less as a job and more as a hobby
when you treat it that way you'll enjoy it more

Hey sister I totally get where you're coming from
after my ex abused me and I went through my divorce I quit the gym for a few months
but it was nice coming back I realized the gym is like my church

I wonder if getting a new gym would be a great plan
this would keep you inspiring

Nothing like freaking new socks & shoes on the feet..😍

It happens and there is no need to even feel bad about it. All you can do is just hop back on.
@Masonic Bodybuilder & @Smiley G so true... I'm still struggling getting back on the horse. But the bros reminded me to look where I was & where I am. No matter how big or small the improvement.. it is still moving forward to a better & healthier life.. the looks aspect will come. God knows its going to take me a long time to look how I want, but right now I am healthier than I was, and that's all that matters in the big picture. You already look great, now be healthier than you ever have! Have fun with it... keep on rockin it!

Sorry to hear that sis.. what a douche... nothing worse than men who pull that shit.. I actually hit a friend over doing stupid shit like that.. but we all have a past, in hindsight I probably shouldn't have hit him, but damn.

It will pass and u will overcome the situation, lord knows I battle my head mentally alot over the course or my cycles, just remember breathe keep positive and hold your head high, u will conquer it.
