huge mass changes! Now what?

So I ran my first cycle
did dbol, test and deca. My dosages were 30mgs dbol a day kickstart
500mgs test and 400mgs deca for 12 weeks
put on about 20 pounds no joke.
I’m now 185 pounds and 5’7’’
question is where do I go from here on my next cycle? Would like to get that ‘on feeling’ again and push another 10-15 pounds

300mgs test
300mgs deca
50mgs proviron
 
you won't gain that much every cycle. after 10 cycles you would gain 200 pounds

that was basically your body filling out so don't expect it. this isn't about how much you can gain. gaining too much and too fast isn't a good idea.

Excellent points and I agree I don't focus on how much I gain I more so focus on the experience and the feelings in the gym and how different my training and recovery is, getting fixated on numbers body wise can be distractions from the real goals imo.
 
go with:

deca 300
test 200
proviron too
 
400mgs deca is fine
I like to run at high myself

use something like Primo or equipoise

I think to help you, you should start by helping us. We don't know much about you right? I was checking back no history no posts. So, please start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary BEFORE you begin your cycle, post your training,diet,sleep,supps,pics and more and we can help you and guide you into a new cycle.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Thanks heaps I’ll sit down over the next day or two and get this in check, I’m kinda new to all this I’ve been training for years but now just want to have this body in shape on a serious level and hopefully I can with all the help from this forum
