Ive been in that position before myself, i get like that with weighted dips, i started at 25lbs with the belt, currently at 62lbs now, including my body its around 300lbs something about the difficulty of a weighted dip i like, sometimes when we chasea pr it gases us for the rest of the workout, then u go damn i did it again lol.
