Temps still 40c+/100f. Still getting my cardio and training in. Weight maintaining at 106kg but conditioning is improving every week

For a professional bodybuilder, you have very moderate doses imo. Nothing extreme here at all.
I know guys using 5 grams of test on top of 5 grams of tren, so you're doing the bare minimum @Pigsy and getting amazing results. :D

i think the skin as well. if i peel the skin off fruit much easier. i will look today to see if they have some and grab them.. i used to grow my own grapes at my last place but the harvest season was very short.. nothing better then right off the vine
 
Wow, that is a lot of grapes. I wouldn't be able to harvest them. I would be stuffing my mouth full of them.

Here, you could take those grapes and stomp on them, like from that, I love Lucy episode where they make wine out of them.
